Sion dealt with Characters far above her own AP. She fought Hyperion while her own stats were cut down to 20% on top of her own destroyed body, she outskills Lucario massivly and has a good chunk of AP to not be one shotted, has a double layer dura and can suprise Lucario with undetectable cuts that erases themself from his perception

Actually Dynamics of an Asteroid allows Moriarty to designate something as a "bullet" and "shoot it" at the target and ensures they are hit. Its what he used to shoot Bennu at the Earth

Unless it bends space or it has some molecular level piercing I doubt it will simply bypass Steven shield. Of course, I known little about its nature, so I could be wrong.
