7-A Team Battle Royale Battle

It's not just sheer ap. Its only sheer ap if he shoots bennu out, he come designate anything he wanted as the bullet including something that was already in the shield

Its a homing attack which causes whatever he designates as a bullet to hit the target. (It might be conceptual but who knows ovo)

Dynamics needed days to weeks of prep time to be able to reach a level to which it would be able to break Steven's shield
In this key both are 6-C

Well, with Follow Me Lucario will be the first to die from team 2, who dies against lucario from team 1?

Not sure, but I think Bloxx is one of the next to go, doesn't much aside from regen.

If Lucario does die thanks to follow me Aoko can bring him back to life by moving his death to the far future

A bunch of stuff, let him move somewhere else instantly, cancel out attacks by bfring them or redirect them by making an entrance and exit right next to one another, bfr opponents by making them fall into portals opened under their feet, etc.

Welp, within the Jinku Enkido (at cost of a little of friendly fire) bfr is not quite allowed as nothing can escape from it (unless one got gnosis 40 or higher). It would work only within the JE area, but not beyond.

Could Havoc do something like the portal combo thing Doctor Strange did with the other heroes vs Thanos in Infinity War?

Technically yeah, he has the range and the capacity to make numerous portals simultaneously and he spams them in-character

So unless anyone on the opposing team has ways around it, Shichika can probably reliably clear out anyone that gets within range due to his array of durability-negation and methods of working around superior stats.

Aoko could just revive anyone on her team that dies unless she is killed first which won't happen thanks to Lucario being targeted by everyone. Even then she could move her own injuries to the future or just dip outside the time axis to avoid stuff.

Not sure if he resists it on whatever level Lucario has but I'm not a Pokémon person so idk

Psychomaster did

So assuming Havoc can portal him past Steven's shield Aoko could move the portal making so it doesn't occur Shichika kinda just gets jumped by everyone, his durability negation is nice but he will eventually be hit by something that puts him out of commission while anyone he manages to kill is just made to not have died yet.

If she felt like it Aoko could technically just bring the deaths of team one to the past so they are already dead ovo

She isn't using resurrection, she is moving the point of their death to the far future so that they never actually died and thus come back. So yeah she can

Pokemon is pretty vague with their powers, but most likely is mental/empathic based (the other interpretation would be law/causality based and sure is not that).

So team 2 has someone with causal hax... pretty balanced BR. Havoc can still be affected by non-proyectile attacks (like mind manipulation and stuff), although at the time the only one that have that is Lucario and Behemoth (and yet the one made by Behemoth is random and affect everyone within the Jinku Enkido... not the best team tactic).
