In Saint Seiya The Next Dimension, Ophiuchus saint awakened caused every celestial body on the entire galaxy to shift and crumble before out eyes. It was calculated to be at 4-A.
I have also heard that he is the best and probably the strongest saints of all times. The fact that his awakened caused the above thing to happen must mean that he is above the 12 Gold Saints all together.
