Since Wang Ling doesn't start with Memory manipulation, the skill he used most in the scene was it, he used it on Sun Rong, Zhuo Yi countless times, at school countless times. He always uses memory manipulation with main instrument to solve his problems.

It lacks scans and a explanation that isn't NLF worthy. As such its unusable. Said this before, his match up shouldn't be a thing as the profile is outdated with scans missing. OP should get tbis closed and opened when bobo actually has scans. All the supporters of bobo are making NLF arguments off a vague statement. Rn plotmanip is gonna get some changes so im looking forward to non NLF arguments in the future for this hax.
Even rho i addressed why its unusable, Plot hax doesn't protect Bobo from telekinesis nor is it used offensively or defensively according to the profile, he just uses it to influence setting.

Btw wang ling does start with Memory Manipulation. He uses memory manipulation when he comes upon an enemy that sees his true powers
