1. Wang Ling is without his spiritual talismen (2nd Key) and Shinra is in his Shinra Banshōman Form (5th Key).
2. Wang Ling has access to his sword (Jingke).
3. Location: On a moon in a different random universe that isn't based on ours. (Don't wanna get too crazy)
4. Both characters are can go up to baseline FTL at max, Wang lings telekinesis speed too.

After seeing both profile, well wang ling ( anime ) doesn't have CM so I think it might be in favour of shinra

Shinra's CM 1 doesn't seem to be combat applicable nor boost his existence tho so it won't hold anything to Wang ling. It seems more like a Power Bestowal/Longtivety type CM since he can make it harder for humans and other beings inverse to die, I'm not sure if he can use this on himself since his profile doesn't state that, but even if he can it wouldn't stop him from dying entirely so.

Wang Ling's AP being much higher scales to 4 or 6 universes simultaneously via him creating while destroying a universe while dreaming another universe into reality and threatening to destroy the 3 realms that exist in the cosmology. He's also able to destroy constructs beyond the cosmology. Shinra's AP seems to scale off his reality warping which allows him to destroy adolla which is able to merge with the main universe so that's 2 universe scaling although he does have 2-C AP with his physical hits which Wang ling also has Via UES on 5 Universes level. Wang Ling would momentarily be able to nuke shinra with mass Deconstruction explosion or a normal nuke on a 2-C scale after his spiritual energy stores up too much.

So Wang Ling hits way harder (pause) and is able to completely erase Shinra from existence by nuking momentarily. Does shinra have anything that can stop Wang ling prior?

How does it work? Wang Ling has passive mind reading hax so he would be able to know what shinra is thinking and using his information Analysis to come up with scenarios to evade some of these hax. Page wise their intelligence gap is massive so critical thinking would be a massive help to wang ling.

Extraordinary Genius (He has been highly intelligent in studies since childhood, and was considered abnormal by society for that reason. His intelligence surpassed that of normal human since he was born and Even as a baby Wang Ling was capable of predicting 387 possible scenarios per second)

Wang Ling's sword can be used to block,cut through and negate Electricity Manipulation due to it being an insulator as listed on Jingke's profile.

Electricity Manipulation (She can use these electric shocks to destroy electrical systems, and use electrical signals to manipulate people's nerves, can electrocute people[1])

Wang Ling resists mind manipulation.

Mind Manipulation (She can manipulate targets more precisely by controlling a person's endorphins and neurotransmitters to influence their behaviors[2])

Is this combat applicable?

Conceptual Manipulation (Type 2; Controls and embodies all concepts including fundamental concepts such as the concept of pi which was changed from an insolvable equation, into a "solvable" one.)

Doesn't seem to be combat applicable.

Information Manipulation (Type 2; Can make events from a game be the events happening in reality as well.)

Now THESE are our main problems. So first question, is the plot manipulation combat applicable? It seems to be a way shinra would create beings and give them a "role" to fulfil like the death god. For Fate/Probability Manipulation, it seems to to work as long by her using the power of space to to erase the possibilities of her getting hit. Wang ling can probably bypass this by using Jingke to cut through space itself rendering that ability useless. Wang Ling has something similar to this being passive AR (Attack Reflection) that works on beings with lesser energy than he does, it reflects back physical and projectile attacks.

Fate Manipulation and Probability Manipulation (Passively used Inca's powers to nullify the chances of being hit, making her essentially untouchable[6] due to erasing all possibilities in her area of space.)
Plot Manipulation (Can alter the very structure of the story passively around them. Giving each character respective "roles" with them vanishing from existence once their designated "role" has been completed.)

Yea Wang ling has that by literally changing the laws of the world like making it so Sun Rong can exist in another timeline even tho she's actually dead or make it so the space-time he's currently creating collapses another causing him to tamper with cause and effect.
