I wasn't kidding when I said this
Post Star-Allies Kirby with Optional Equipment and Turbo Timmy with Genius Intelligence, Fairy Magic and Optional Equipment are being used
In other words, 3-C Kirby vs 3-A Timmy but the 3-C can resist some of the 3-A's haxes
Just in case, Timmy has prior knowledge on Kirby's abilities (So he won't get friend hearted)
Kirby also has prior knowledge on Timmy's abilities
Speed is equalized
Battle takes place in a random Solar System

  • SBA means they're 4 kms apart.
  • Kirby's wincons are
    • His Friend Heart. If Kirby were to sense that this characters are good, this might make a bit less likely for him to use that move
    • Beating them all beyond what they can come back from. Maybe beating Timmy to death, assuming Cosmo & Wanda don't revive Timmy, which they could, but it's far from guaranteed.
    • (Others are too improbable to be considered)
  • Kirby's disadvantages
    • Kirby will need to run in those 4 kms, not knowing his foe can do things from that range. He might use a Warp Star to cover the range faster, but with speed equalized I wouldn't think this changes things too much.
    • Inhale is too likely to happen. Cosmo & Wanda will come back from being turn into items, even on top of being destroyed if Kirby inhales them too hard. They would then save Timmy (which is guaranteed, they would just watch whatever Timmy was turned into and turn that back into Timmy), and poof away, if not make wishes from there (..if they give Timmy the ability to be there). If the former happens, Kirby will need to find them as Timmy again can make wishes, which is terrible for Kirby. If the latter happen, Kirby can move them around his stomach and fuse them with things (if there are even things there already), the tossing has no set AP, they can escape by Cosmo & Wanda just raising their wands, and if they get fused that will likely be the same as getting transmuted on how they can recover.
    • Timmy can also come back from ashes, so that might be an issue as Kirby needs to go for an overkill, which he might not do at first. He may or may not sense Timmy while running those 4 kms.
    • Kirby most likely can't copy fairy magic; with the fairies' bodies and Timmy's magical items, the sheer amount of powers magic has and its range in AP (not AP itself) is way too much next to what Kirby was ever shown to copy. Even if having many abilities with each some powers wasn't the same as having 1 ability with hundreds of powers (which it isn't the same). Kirby could maybe copy having a wand, as it draws magic from the Big Fairy Wand, but this is assuming that a thing that can use & control that kind of magic (the complexity being there) isn't too much for Kirby, which it most likely is. Even then, why would Kirby not copy everything but do get to have a wand? We don't know if that's how it works. Even then, everything goes right and Kirby gets a wand, he masters how to use it too, it's a super unlikely good advantage, but an experienced, genius Timmy will better use those powers (Wishing Kirby's wand away, powernulls his wand, wishes himself in an anti-magic bubble), the use of the wand is still up to Kirby's intelligence, he may shoot energy beams or something. Again, this was all very unlikely anyway.
  • Timmy's disadvantages
    • If he wishes Kirby gone, Kirby would come back. ...Granted his fairies' wands may or may not catch up to this and inform them.
    • If he wishes Kirby turned into something, it will work, the scale of that power is much higher of what Kirby can resist. But then Kirby would turn back to normal as he doesn't just resist transm., but has turned back to normal after being turned into a small star.
    • If Kirby gets up close, Cosmo & Wanda acting on their own won't matter, Kirby's too good of fighter and will finish them all. But then if they heal they can just poof away, or be dusk and poof away already healed.
    • On the small possibility that Timmy wants to take on Kirby, and wishes himself more power to do so, that possibility in turn has the change of Timmy getting himself not enough power to face Kirby. ...or the wording used makes it so they do match each other or Timmy is outright stronger. I would even say that the latter is more likely.
  • Timmy's wincons (out of everything he could wish, the reasonable)
    • After wishing Kirby gone fails, Timmy just has to figure to wish he was gone and couldn't come back. Kirby can't deal with this and Timmy has what it takes to figure this out.
    • After wishing Kirby turned into something fails, Timmy just has to figure to wish Kirby turned into something and stay that way. As before.
    • Wish Kirby powerless.
    • With Kirby couldn't attack anymore, didn't want to attack, or something else
Overall, Timmy seems to be more likely to win. SBA helps him a lot, his disadvantages are very manageable, his wincons are solid, Kirby's disadvantages are terrible, and his wincons are limited to what he does in-character. I vote Timmy, roughly 6 to 8 out of 10 times.
 
I also vote timmy fra (We live in a world where Kirby beats mario but he gets his butt handed by timmy which means timmy stomps mario lmao)
