    Basically, in this calc i forgot to divide by 2 in the KE formula. So the result is City+, which would downgrade eveyone who is currently 7-A to 7-B+. People who scale from half power Cinder would be 7-B. Ozpin and Salem would probably become 7-A in their High 7-A key.
