    So I found this as you can see the Ki was traveling at Mftl+ Speed, so I thought this is a speed upgrade for the buu saga characters. FYI: Goku and Vegeta were in the Kaishin realm, which means the Ki traveled all the way outside the universe and towards the center of the kaioshin realm.
