Hello
in my free time i was trying to find a formula for each one of these natural phenomenon to give a good approximation of the AP linked to them, and i wanna know if they are reliable/usable for estimating the power;
Volcano
the method was already accepted in this calculation
"A third way is...
Character A creates energy that destroys the moon. Character B fights with Character A and the result is a small impact. It doesn't generate as much energy as when destroying the moon, which the C character was only slightly affected by, not receiving any direct energy. Should he be able to gain...
Alright so, on the references for common feats on our wiki, it has stated that the speed required to catch our clothes on fire is 2,500KM/HR or ~694.44 m/s
Here is the source that has been referred to.
My questions are pretty simple:
1. Which cloth requires you to move at 2,500 KM/H for it to...
From the Calculations page:
"Sometimes even something like "time seems frozen" or that nothing moves is stated. Often this kind of statements are hyperboles. However, should that not be the case one may assume that the apparent speed of the reference object is less than or equal to 0.001 m/s."...
This thread is intended for anyone to raise requests for finding supporting materials otherwise missing for creation, modification and maintenance of profiles in our site.

Three years ago, a thread was made questioning the validity of this calc. I won't bog down on on the details of that discussion, just simply note that the final say was "The statement is too vague to truly quantify the feat since we don't see the feat being done in action but conveyed through a...
I think we should unfurl the pages on the VS Battles Wiki regarding the guide(s) and instructions for calculations.
So, while coming across some blogs made yet regarding adding more to the References for Common Feats page, I found several that hold instructions on how to perform certain types...
From this other thread, this thread here had to be to better evaluate this calc. We accepted it as a "likely", but I believe that to be a very rushed decision that would change with better communication.
The premise of the feat is: This explosion happens in space, Kirby & co. escape it while...
We should probably make site standards on how to deal with fictional materials based on their interactions with real-world material.
For example, a stick made of Fictional Material A strikes and Frags/Pulvs a block of Steel without any visible damage to the Fictional Material A stick...
I finally got off my ass to make this thing I'd had in the back of my mind for months. TLDR, skull crushing isn't 9-B and FTE isn't (necessarily) subsonic.
Skull Crushing
The old Xcano calc is bad, and Xcano himself disavowed it. The problem with it is that it treats the skull as just a cube...
This is the official thread for requesting calcs to be done by the members of the Calc Group and other senior editors.
However, this help is entirely optional, and the people who do the requesting cannot expect that anybody will somehow be automatically interested in doing the requested calcs...
This thread is intended for users to link to new blog post calculations, to relay them to the community, and have them evaluated by the calculation group, without contacting the members individually.
To evaluate important off-site calculations, preferably copy them to blog posts in this wiki...

Continued from here.
As the title suggests, this thread is for requesting feats to be calculated or evaluated for the References for Common Feats page.

(Actually thought of doing some calcs for myself. No intent on joining the Calc Group anytime soon; it's just for stuff I actually like, but nobody else here gives a damn.)
After checking the site out, I have several questions to start me off
1. I know how to change FPS ratios, but nothing...
G'day, ladies and gentlemen!
I am here to discuss a method of quantifying Tsunami via Earthquake feats for characters (using abilities ofc).
Previously, I was able to use this method to calculate a more complete value for Lucy's Tsunami feat. The calculation was approved by DMUA, and him...

In the previous thread, various members discussed the usefulness of a common feats page for the wiki. With help from Ugarik, Spinosaurus75dinosaurfan, ArbitraryNumbers, DontTalkDT, I, and various members were able to calculate, evaluate, and create a reference for common feats page.

Hello.
A while ago Numbersguy created the following page:
https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/User_blog:ArbitraryNumbers/References_for_Common_Feats
I do not know if the calculations are correct, but the principle itself is good.
Would the current calc group members be willing to collectively...

We have added an important new editing rule to the wiki:
If there exist several calculations for a specific feat that have all been evaluated and accepted, but give conflicting results, the matter of which one that is most reliable should be first be discussed in the calc group forum by the...
I think that it might be a good idea to write a new rule regarding that when there are several conflicting calculations for the same feat that have all been evaluated and accepted by the calc group, the matter of which one that is most reliable should be first be discussed here in the calc group...
Generally, Lowballed values for calcs are accrpted as opposed to high ends, but why are the "Means" never used?
If you have a low-end and a high-end value, it's more accurate and safe to add them then divide by two for "Middle-end", no? As opposed to simply lowballing everything.
Can the...
