I disagree. Arresto Momentum only controls the target's personal velocity rather than slowing time. They expressly cannot teleport without floo flames, as they did not learn apparition. The room of requirement spells are too limited to be listed.

If Butcher is already wall level (objectively superhuman), then there is no outlier in down-scaling him from slightly hurting Translucent with his fists.
That's a very small hole, not sure it even reaches 9-C. The door's kinetic energy might be street level, but there is no way that scales to people who slam doors all the time. I am also fairly sure we stopped using animal running KE a while ago.

Breaking through a door's lock is street level, not just pushing barricades. It takes a very peaked human to net street level stats.
