Simple enough, Hercules should not scale to Zeus. Hades shouldn't either. Well, not exactly. But we run into the same problem we did with HIM from Powerpuff Girls and his star feat.
That being, the constellation feat that he does is with some kind of magic telekinesis. Zeus never uses this power on the Titans and instead opts to throw lightning bolts.
He gets overwhelmed physically and restrained by the Titans.
So, the Titans should not scale to this and at best, Zeus should get Large Star level with telekinesis. Hercules would be reverted back to the Low 7-B feat of throwing the Titans into space that he had before the Tier 4 upgrade and everyone else would scale to him physically.
Hercules lifting the sun is also from a crossover between Aladdin and Hercules: The Animated series, which is completely non-canonical since it has Hades know Hercules is alive while he is a teenager when he notably doesn't in the film. This is a huge plot point in the original Hercules movie and breaks the canon.
