Invincible season 2 general discussion

Ok, Kegg doesn’t have a scar
Injury would've been a better way to phrase it ig.
A big plot point is Mark taking a long time to regenerate his broken bones after Conquest punches through him anyway, so them for some reason not being able to regenerate that of their arms/legs is rather silly

Anyhow, Ryan Ottley is going to host an AMA next week, are there any art that's been debated because of it's depiction that would need clarification ?

How good is this argument for Viltrum's size ? 🤔

They're still a bunch of dumbasses, huh?

That solar disk might be pretty big (average star diameter, Earth, boom, whatever the size of it is and like 1 centimeter of thickness minimum).

Viltrum is never stated to have a moon, forget multiple, nor is it shown to be a moon (we can see them being very far away in the actually bust scene). The dead body ring is just dead bodies they left in orbit ("a monument to their sacrifice"), which is why it's JUST dead bodies and now a bunch of toilets and physical NFTs.

Do you really need specification for that ? : P

I mean, what else could they be intended to be ?

How should it be framed in order to be considered a moon outright ?
Literally anyone looks at that and the first thing they'd think is that it's the planet's moon lol
This is the first time I've heard anyone think those were Viltrum's moons, so obviously not.

Look at panels where we're explicitly shown multiple planets, such as right before Conquest returns. They're a lot closer than the celestial bodies in the Viltrum panels.

Following because I also want to know if the sun disk feat was valid or else I think the lack of closure will keep me up at night.

Given that's what gave Omni-Man his victory against a SSJ Bardock, I don't expect people here to take it in easily : P

However I feel like the Roche limit argument for Viltrum's size is valid; even if we manually put asteroids around Earth to form a ring it'd hardly be able to sustain itself

The guy who did the SB calc for the sundisk posted a google doc going over it in more detail. Definitely worth a read.

This is definitely an interesting development, despite being based upon no new content. I'm not sure how accurate these calcs are, but after looking at some of the panels to see if the dead body ring can be scaled, I chuckled at the two viltrumites working together to throw a corpse into space.

I think the most dubious thing about all of this is the notion that the Coalition has ships this powerful, when this one isn't even regarded as their biggest gun.

You'd think a series as popular as this would be more thoroughly analized but apparently not 😔

We should ask the guy who did the Viltrum calculation that's currently used, he wanted to use another planet as a reference but got told off about it, it seems he was onto something after all. He's also got a lifting strength feat for Tech Jacket that hasn't been revised yet

Teen Team profile is long overdue, tho of course Mark doesn't really become a member.

Can't we get something better for Atom Eve than Wall Level with drilling 3 miles in a couple minutes ? Their hanbook page also mentions them fighting the Mauler Twins
