For AP it is useable you're just not getting anything close to 4-A or 3-C.

The way I see it is that he references the sun because seeing it allows him to position himself and locate Earth to teleport himself back. Hence the next page when he says "I got it" and his vision zooms in on Earth.

I can see that but his nuclear Fission is drawn exactly like the sun in this page.
Now i'm not saying he created the sun or anything like that but he MAY have been influenced by it and that's why this explosion is that big.

From the perspective of a manga only reader, i hear alot about how the WC readers are always upset about this and that being different to the WC, which i guess i can understand, i mean having something u love changed in a different medium can feel annoying. But for me personally, I've loved the recent developments, like ive always liked Flashy Flash, but getting more flashbacks and interations for him made him one of my favs period, and ive always been a little meh on sonic but i really like him a lot now that he has more of a dynamic with FF

The last panel shows Jupiter from space POV and it's moon, while being completely black from Garou's Gravity knuckles attack.

I guess you mean the top panel of the last image linked. In that case, what is shown to be Black is neither Jupiter nor IO, just the Black hole Garou uses to absorb the nuclear explosions. You can see it was back on Earth too.

As you can see, there is dust coming to the Black hole. It extends to the panel where Garou is standing in the Moon.
That dust comes from the Moon. The perspective is taken from a pov at the surface of the Moon, that's why the Moon cannot be seen, only the dust coming to the Black hole
