And it's pretty ******* good as well. Dude has some.serious charisma when he tries, and his RBD makes him look like a credible genius.

Getting Beatrice out of the library is probably his most insane social influencing feat though.

Also getting Echidna to "like" him when Roswaal failed for 400 years.
Subarus just too much of a chad.

I'm also surprised Subaru didn't have social influencing on his page. That's like... One of his main abilities aside from RBD.

And then there's the IF stories, which I know aren't canon, but they still go to show that Subaru can influence pretty much anyone in the verse into being on his side with RBD.
Eh you could chalk it up to Roswaal just sucking lol.

Could we make profiles or keys for the different Subarus in the what if stories?

They are different characters so would have to be different profiles.

Requires a reread of the if's before it happens, pretty low priority for me, have to make the current profiles good first.

Half way through the vol now, more skill feats, seems that when faced with a superior opponent, a sword master will become stronger in respond, so accelerated development for Wilhelm and Theresia.

A Sword Saint is so far beyond everyone else in skill, no amount of training will ever bridge the gap, impossible really, but Wilhelm, the chad, did just that, but even that chad thinks Reinhard is on a completely different level, the pinnacle, which can't be reached, we already knew this before, but with all the feats i found, makes it more impressive.

The Ex Novel stuff was touched on with Theresia not being able predict Wilhelm's attacks, he literally severed those lines which were always a path to victory for Theresia, so yea can go into a skill chain, and analytical prediction scale with this volume when i eventually get to the CRT.

Well since Otto is obviously Pandora, absolutely.

That would be pretty messed up from Emilia's POV though. The person she hates most ending up being in love with Subaru, that's gotta suck.

You know, I've thought of an interesting matchup.

Frisk vs Subaru

Both are humans who use their absolute determination in combination with their ability to "reset" the world to bring about the conclusion they desire.

The LN seems like it's added stuff cause i don't remember all these details in the WN.

Can someone give Reinhard a hug? This man is cursed, Reinhard being op is cool and all, but this guy is all kinds of mentally screwed, he needs some love.

Amazing when a side character like Reinhard has so much depth to him.

Yeah Reinhards awesome, great example of OP character done right. Can't wait till his named chapter.

Poor guy needs love. As strong as he is, strength doesn't produce happiness or love. Sucks even more that his own family hates him and treats him like trash.

Thats one of the reasons I think his friendship with Subaru is so underated. Not only are they very similar in that their both burdened by the power that they possess (reinhard with his physical prowess and subaru with RBD), leading them to have this need to become this ideal hero, but subaru is one of the few people thats friends with him and treats him like a normal dude.

I think the LN upped his "Supermanness", he just feels like this superhuman, going around the city by jumping into the sky, appearing out of nowhere from the sky, the whole fight with Regulus, and the whole "you need Reinhard level speed to deal with a light speed attack".

But behind all that power is imo just a child clinging to the only thing he has left, his title, which makes what Pride If Subaru does so bad, i can't even imagine what that version of Reinhard is like after what Subaru did to him, must be in a deep depression, and or suicidal, however thing about that is he can't even kill himself....

When you're so OP you can't even commit suicide.

Now that you mention it though, Reinhard kinda got the short end of the stick in pretty much all IFs, didn't he? Pride was obviously the worst since he failed to protect pretty much everything, but even in the others, it was pretty bad. Gluttony he failed to stop Subaru and became pretty depressed about it considering Subaru was his friend. In Wrath he also kinda failed to stop Subaru and a bunch of people died because of him and Emilia pretty much backstabbed him. In Greed he failed to protect Felt and got manipulated by Subaru/Echidna, and in Sloth he technically would have failed to protect Emilia and the rest of her camp outside Subaru and Rem.

the worst part about the gluttony one is that he would blame himself for all of the tragedies. He knows that he himself failed to get there and yet he decided to let one of his friends go there, only for him to turn into a psycho and kill everything. I would be broken by something like that ngl

on a side note: did yall see the oshi no ko episode? holy **** that was a banger, way beyond what i expected

Yeah, and I'm pretty sure Rein was already pretty guilty about not reaching the watch tower, so this just rubbed even more salt on the wound.

That first ep was crazy, so glad I listened to the manga readers, that was hype. Kaguya sama author really writing 2 bangers in a row lol.

Didn't plan on rereading arc 4 in LN format, but rethinking it, the first few volumes i read years ago, and i wasn't seriously collecting feats then.

Volume 14-15 are good, cause i was being diligent there, but not those first 4 volumes, and don't want to just read those and stop in the middle.

Should be done with volume 20 today, will go on to volume 21, and then backtrack to volume 10.

Volume 21 done, now backwards to volume 10.

Asked for like 3 calcs to be evaluated, giving Patrasche Wall level ap, Reinhard Class G lifting strength, and Sub-relativistic travel speed. Hopefully be able to add those in the eventual volume 20-21 crt.

Was re-looking at my scans, and remembered that Elsa can fight without her senses, not to mention some sort of accelerated development, which makes the same attack not work on her twice.

And yet Wilhelm>Elsa, hmm...

Will add that when i get around to the Arc 4 reread, but yea more skill.

Julius also reacted to invisible attacks on instinct in the Ex Novels too, and yet also inferior to Wilhelm.

Feel like all i talk about in this thread is skill, sorry guys.

At vol 11 of the reread and just got to Elsa attacking the mansion, while Elsa was under the effect of Shamak, she not only hits her opponents vitals, i mentioned this before, but somehow dodges an aoe attack, while her senses are being messed with.

Seeing that i got a little curious and went through what i have from later vols. I also mentioned above how the same technique doesn't work on Elsa twice due to skill, but Garfiel counters that with his own skill, basically baiting Elsa using what seems to be a technique she has seen before, but it's actually new ones, basically using the old ones as bait.

Reading the series years ago, just enjoying it, just think the characters are just skilled with a sword, but it goes so deep, i am literally down a skill rabbit hole.

Also been keeping up with arc 8, never thought i would see Todd the menace and Subaru team up, based on the summaries seems Subaru at this point is just a lot more strategic.

I enjoy your posts about the skill. I'm a big fan of skill stuff, so seeing my favorite series have those kind of feats is nice.

Since you talk so much about skill you should compile the whole skill chain (or feats) and add it to Reinhard’s intelligence on his profile. People know he’s skilled but not skilled he actually is (this would make it easier to explain).

All these skill feats really put into perspective how goated Reinhard and Reid are. Especially Reid, dude doesn't even need DP Sword Saint and can literally cut through concepts and stuff.
