well, there is not much to elaborate. Akuma No Mi and Haki will not be nullified because they are not magical concepts. The basis of Asta's nullification is to cancel magic, what isn't magic (Like Haki) simply doesn't happen nothing

Also we barely have seen what black beard can do post timeskip

Honestly it could also just be infinite application of class T gravity. Doesn't really matter in the long run however as it was removed on the basis of being an outlier.
 
Ok still tho... Asta can't do anything against the BFR...

Flight and lifting strenght counter gravity and BFR( since BB would need to swalow asta in darkness, not happening while he flies around) asta is also one-shotting people above 17,2 so teach ain't tanking one attack(especially since his dura is inferior to his own AP)
 
i mean maybe not Haki but Asta should be able to nullify the df abilities thanks to verse equalization
 
Apparently you can't equalize DFs with any other energies. Though I think you can with Haki
 
Verse equalization does not work on DF because they are a biological mutation not a supernatural energy source

This is a pretty interesting match. At the moment, all I know is that Blackbeard's Yami Yami lifting strength won't be very useful since DU Asta is Class T compared to Blackbeard's Class G
 
Dont his madness manip only take place if you return from his dimension? If asta gets sent there isnt it a win via bfr?
