I didn't want to derail the other thread with this but here is my reply:
We would need Masuda's statement that the anime and games are parallel worlds. Here.
For the Anime, we know it's a multiverse because there are parallel universes via the reflection caves. https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/XY037
We also have possibilities creates worlds.
For the games, we know that each game card is it's own universe via the entra link.
Palkia creates parallel universes.
UltraSpaces lead other universes.
In ORAS we are confirmed there are other universes.
This would mean that each game card is it's own multiverse. And Game Canon is a collection of mulitverses.
That's just raw facts.
For the cosmology of the anime:
I would say that each universe has their own Arceus, Palkia, and Giratina, each with their own realms. But I don't have enough evidence to prove that yet. But I think I can make a strong case.
For the cosmology of the game:
I would say each multiverse has their own Arceus, Palkia, and Giratina, each with their own realm.
What I would strike down:
There's not enough evidence to say the Original Spirit created the entire franchise.
I don't know if there is evidence that the Original Spirit exists in the anime.
There's not enough evidence to say that Every Arceus in the Game canon is an avatar of the Original Spirit.
I would argue that each game multiverse has it's own Original Spirit. And that Arceus and Origin Spirit is interchangable.
It's not complete and I need more source. But that's what I have so far in terms of the cosmology.
I can help you with setting up but I have no material whatsoever. It is really the best solution to solve this infinite boundless circling argument.
PS: I am not siding with anyone here genuinely trying to be helpful
