I was wanting to cook something with our boy Itachi, and there's always a nice and cozy space for matchmaking a big verse like this...inside itself!
Most individuals would just be cooked just by having eye contact because genjutsu - specially Itachi's - is C R A Z Y good... So let's have a 1v2!!

What can boruto do if itachi activate susanoo? Or is itachi doesnt has susanoo in part1?

Itachi most certainly tries other things first, like Genjutsu and Amaterasu
First he'll see that Genjutsu gets nulled and then he'll see Amaterasu getting absorbed

In the time Itachi tests out those two, Boruto/Borushiki can try a lot of stuff, that's why is not the easiest W for Itachi today

Also, if his opponent just blocked genjutsu, what he 100% does first against anyone, why would he try susanoo first rather than counterstrategizing using Amaterasu?

İ mean only fight itachi goes all out is kabuto fight, because his other fights like konoha trio,jiraiya,sasuke ,he was holding back because he doesnt want to kill them

I think we can agree he does that because of his entire plan revolving getting out of Edo-Tensei's control... giving him knowledge that he should go all-out against Kabuto, the guy that was controlling him?

Boruto cant do anything unless v2 form
And he doesnt have it in this matchup
Borutos only counter in his arsenal is oadama rasengan which boruto doesnt has that time

Equal speed, shunshin should amp them the same

MS is not activated from the beginning and would only be a thing when he tries Amaterasu onwards, they should be in the same realm until then, which already gives opportunities for Boruto/Borushiki - Specially since when Amaterasu is attempted it promptly gets absorbed

Momoshiki being present is a non-factor. genjutsu nullification requires a willing partner. Not just someone that coexists with the character
Momoshiki's entire goal is to take over bort's body. Bort getting mind ****** just speeds things up for him.
Not to mention how boruto has been a genjutsu victim before without momo interfering (Mitsuki disappearance arc)

As for amaterasu, absorption is also a non-factor
It's not a projectile where he can just stretch out his arm and absorb. It just spawns on his torso and immediately cooks him
Also, there's no "borushiki" here. He immediately jumps to 5-B with that

but we must know Boruto/Borushiki's answer because clearly there are gaps of opportunity which they're skilled enough to not let pass

All depends on what Boruto/Borushiki does after Genjutsu and Amaterasu not working to kill them, because the slight window those not working will give them is the only time they have before Itachi 100% pops Susano'o and likely kills them before their 5B stomps
