It sucks in some of the small surrounding parts of the tournament arena just by existing, sucks in Android 18's Ki blast which is drawn to it and orbits it momentarily, which ultimately increases its size, Whis; "It must be what they call "the weight of their love" focused into one point to create a mass of gravity", Goku comments that the gravity is heavier than what Bulma's machine can produce, he then tries to use Instant Transmission to escape it and fails, "Behold! A cage of love that even light cannot escape from!" "Its weight shatters the earth and sinks!". It's extremely clearly and consistently portrayed as being an actual black hole. Just because it's different from what black holes are like in real life doesn't change the intention of the author. Physics and fiction are not the same thing.

But I digress, this is the wrong thread for that discussion.
 
Anyways I'm glad the whole thing wasn't a weird love-triangle dynamic where Void was mad at Blast. I didn't think that was the case but obviously the idea existed.

More relevantly to me, Blast's spheres do seem to negate conventional durability and just kinda de-make you. Still don't know if it would've worked on Garou or Blast just couldn't kill him. Sad backstory for Void tbh. Bro's whole life was ruined by the very thing that now controls him.

Also the apparent genius scientist mentioned in the raws working with Blast is 10000000% Metal Knight.

Still a bit confused about how it works exactly. So once it makes contact, does it stay there and demakes you, or continues travelling while sucking up only whats inside its radius like a blackhole?

On that note, about garou's gravity knuckle on Lo, we are all in agreement that its a blackhole right? All instances of the sphere being portrayed as having a white dot in the middle, results in something getting sucked up and in the case of the new chapter, clearly sent somewhere.

I guess thats the identifier. The spheres can vary in gravitational strength, but once it reaches an unknown threshold of power, a singularity is created.

Now how do we calc saitama eating a singularity to the face?

I'm starting to think Blast is a parody of the innocent hero who helps everyone without thinking they can be tricking him. Kinda like most Isekais MCs

Given how he couldn't see through Void nor his sister's tricks and how he seems to do what he does "for fun"

I might be crazy but in the retconned chapters I recall Blast saying that Void was the only dude with the ability to access God's higher dimension, which is why he's so important to have on their side.

Could be wrong though
 
He's the only dude who can acess the "Celestial Rock Cave" wich resides with God's higher dimension. Yeah

Void caring about Luna's supported, but about Blast? Unless further evidence shows up, all he thought about him was to find a way to take as much information as possible from him and his scientific

She also was happy when she got the wedding with Blast. And even up to the point she died she was trying to fulfill the mission his brother gave to him, reason why she was trying to access to the scientific information when she got killed by an avatar.

About Luna? Yeah. About Blast? It's not "pretty clear": their relationship started with lies, continued with lies and ended up with lies. Void was using Blast all time along, and all the thoughts about Blast we are given demostrate that all he wants is to add that technology to his village.

Which makes sense, since Void is not a good person who wants to save the world nor anything similar. He is the creator of a village whose purpose is to create assasins, and felt nothing when he killed one student. Not to mention the cruel method of training the village has.

That does not align in any way to Blast's heroical way of thinking

Idk man. If void's warped pov is so wibbly wobbly to the point that he flat out says he doesn't care about his disciple's death and says the same for his sister, only for his true feelings to reflect on his depressed appearance... looking emanciated, as if he's lost something vital and he's not even aware of something happening directly on his body. The way its presented, he could literally be saying that he doesn't care about blast, while at the same time jumping in the way of an attack meant to kill blast while remaining completely oblivious to how contradictory it is.

And we are supposed to trust this dude's thoughts? Trust how he sees the world, his POV? We are supposed to think that another person from the village with a mentality just like void, knows what they want and there could be no disconnect to their true feelings whatsoever?

I wonder if Flashy/Sonic will be able to use the dimension blade's spatial slash from get go or if it will just be a cool sword in their hands

We don't know for sure if she was still trying to do her mission, and even if she was, she could also be in love with Blast at the same time (just look at Loid Forger in Spy x Family for an example).

We are not supposed to trust Void's point of view and/or thoughts here. His internal thoughts are very clearly portrayed as contradictory with his actions, his physical health, and even his actual feelings.
