I don't think we ever mention a fighter from England, so we could get Richard Lionheart. And for a Japanese fighter, how about Tomoe Gozen?

This is what they get for replacing beloved characters with characters no one knows or cares about that suck 100% more.

Also, with how they treat Hulk nowadays, it's better if they don't do a Hulk movie anymore. They turned Hulk into a jobber, he's not as cool as he was before.

Which popular super heroes the MCU has nowadays? Wanda, Spidey, Dr Strange and who else?
I find it hilarious that you can’t even name the current members of the avengers lmaooo

They didn't just randomly replace characters, 90% of this shit is copy-and-pasted from comics. People still care about characters that don't show up much, and it's far superior to add underrated characters into the mix. That said, I don't entirely trust them to do that, considering they made Taskmaster a child slave rather than just some sadistic asshole who beats up superheroes for fun, which is what I liked the most about him.

Nah, this is his moment, he's finally #1 on Earth. If they cut down on the CGI shit and bring back the goated practical effects(Far superior), I might actually enjoy an MCU movie.

They have Captain Marvel(Somehow I expect to get complaints on this one, but that's factually a popular character, no matter your thoughts), the Guardians of the Galaxy, and Hulk and Thor are still there. Idk if we count any of the other ones.

That said, the MCU is slop anyway, every movie is the same thing, so I don't really care if their franchise fails.

This is something that honestly irritates me to see. When I look at certain MCU projects like Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol 3 or Werewolf by Night being critically and financially successful even in spite of the MCU bloat we've have been going through since, in my opinion, No Way Home, it tells me that Disney and Marvel can still make the MCU good if they actually put in effort and passion into their media.

Like I can tolerate things like adding in obscure heroes and all that shit if these movies were written well, had memorable and interesting characters, compelling plots, and just felt like something which was made with genuine love as opposed to making a quick buck. But they're not made with passion or with the intent to tell a story, instead it's been a combination of retreading on expanding the universe and having overarching villains like the Infinity Saga without the former's patience and effort it put in to get to that point in the first place.

Also I apologize if I didn't address any of the major issues with the MCU here, I stopped watching the MCU after the piece of shit known as Multiverse of Madness came out so I've been making it a policy to stay far away from this rotting carcass of a franchise

I'm probably in the minority when I said that I enjoyed Love n' Thunder and MoM. Hell, I even enjoyed Quantumania. But I will say it's understandable that these movies get the hate they get.

Actually this does make me want to ask a question: To anyone who stopped, or has recently decided to stop, watching the MCU, what was the movie or show which made you say "Yeah I'm done with the MCU, this shit sucks now"?

To me, that title firmly goes to Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, not only the worst MCU movie I've ever seen but also one of the worst movies of all time...not even kidding, it's unironic trash. It's genuinely hard for me to properly word how much I HATE this movie with every fiber being, but one way I can describe my feelings is that it feels like a movie where the only reason why everything happens and why there's any conflict to begin with is because everyone's a dumbass. And the scene which reinforces that view point to me is one where Strange, that Chavez chick, and some other chick are running away from Wanda and they imagine to separate from her after a steel door closes right in front of her. Now you would think that they would use that chance to get away from Wanda before she catches up to them, but no they stand for a few seconds just so the movie can jump scare us when Wanda suddenly appears right in front of the camera.

So overall, even if it did have some admittedly cool horror moments thanks to Sam Raimi, Multiverse of Madness was what killed my love for the MCU and I will always consider it as being one of the reasons why it's been on a steady decay since No Way Home.

I stopped after MoM and No Way Home, though I still watch What If.

Hmm, that's fair honestly. There have been gems since then, make no mistake, but you're not really missing out on anything that's necessary to watch so you don't have to stress too much.

I stopped after MoM and No Way Home, though I still watch What If.
I actually did see snippets of Season 1 of What If and I thought it looked pretty good, but I've heard pretty polarizing opinions on Season 2 which range from being seen as good to being complete dog shit. If you would mind me asking for your opinion, what is your opinion on Season 2 of What If?

It was a combination of tv shows and movies that killed it for me. Phase 4 has done irreversible damage to the universe and characters. Wanda vision she brainwash and tortured entire town and got away with it. Falcon and the winter soldier has one of the worst plot I’ve ever seen with a tv show and assassinates multiple different characters. Then the movies came out and damaged not only the characters again but destroyed the universe😭

But like you I dropped it at MoM. 1/10 movie dogshit writing

My favorite episode(s) of S2 would have to be the one with the 1980s Avengers and if Iron Man never made it back to Earth.

My least favorite would have to be the Native American episode.

The season finale definitely felt Mary Sue-ish, but the conclusion somewhat makes it better I guess, at least in my opinion.

What the hell are you talking about? Are you trying to convince me that the MCU is a massive anti-capitalist media franchise that no one watches?
He probably means woke and left-leaning, not anti-capitalist. And no one's watching it, lol, their views have dropped massively due to releasing slop after slop.
So what y'all guesses on the hint
A random Twitterite said it's a leopard since leopards are natural predators of gorillas, but I don't know any popular matchups with leopards.
Ngl I don't think the match-up teased is gonna have a gorilla in it cause that would be a bit too obvious.
Same
I find it hilarious that you can’t even name the current members of the avengers lmaooo
Uhhh, Falcon, Hulk, Thor, Captain Marvel andddddd yeah I can't name anyone else. Did the Avengers disband or something? What happened to them after Endgame?? I haven't heard new things about them, only that their members are acting more separate than before.

If something's bad is copy-pasted from the comics, then it's likely that those comics just suck.

Hulk is a lot weaker and lamer than before. He has less cool moments and isn't as unstoppable and cool as he used to be.

Captain Marvel is infamous, not famous. Even the girls who would want a super strong Mary Sue-esque girlboss superheroine prefer Wanda to Captain Marvel instead. (Not calling Wanda a Mary Sue mind you, only Captain Marvel) Very likely because Wanda has a personality and isn't lame like Danvers. I forgot about the Guardians, they're still solid. Hulk and Thor are lame now, though.

That's what im sayiiiiiiing. Capeslop

My siblings dragged me to watch Multiverse of Madness and Spider-man No way home. I liked those movies. Though after that I didn't watch anything else. I only heard bad things about the next movies. Something something "The wokes and the wokes and the inclusion and the propaganda and the movies being bad bad buzz word buzz word don't watch this crap" so I didn't watch them. The only one I have considered watching is Guardians of the Galaxy 3 since those movies always tend to be good. I am remembering how much I hate the concept of that She-Hulk series.

Speaking of my siblings, my brother might be a psychopath. He watched all the movies and series in the MCU 4 times. I can't fanthom the idea of watching a series or movie I watched multiple times, let alone slop like the MCU.
I stopped after MoM and No Way Home, though I still watch What If.
NGL I am considering watching What if solely because of Infinity Ultron and the powerscalers hyping him up.
It's crazy that people talk about character assassinations in like phase 4, that shit started phase 1
I watched the Phase 1 movies when I was a fetus, so I won't remember the details really well.

Each person gets one fighter (There is also a no female fighter rule cause Record of Ragnarok had no female fighters for some reason, but most people seem to ignoring it, so honestly, yeah you guys can pick female historical figures). So which one do you want?

If I could've picked two, just so you know, I would have nominated Sakamoto Ryoma for Japan

He probably means woke and left-leaning, not anti-capitalist.
I know, and it's a weird virtue-signal people use to describe companies trying to not alienate literally anyone because alienating a single person means one less person's worth of money.
If something's bad is copy-pasted from the comics, then it's likely that those comics just suck.
I genuinely don't remember anything they copied from a comic that wasn't just made worse.
Hulk is a lot weaker and lamer than before. He has less cool moments and isn't as unstoppable and cool as he used to be.
I feel like the "ooh, he angry >:[" thing was overplayed, and the alienation of the Hulk never came up enough after Hulk's movie. Also no Joe Fixit smh.

Honestly, I much prefer in the comics where she's just the more popular 2nd Captain Marvel, but was directly influenced by the first. Also the comics having literally everyone be a magnum heavy hitter kinda reduces the crazy power gaps.

Anyone saying "something something woke woke" is just mad about some shit, if there's some good critique, I'll... still see it, I just won't pay(FOR LEGAL REASONS, I JUST MEAN I GET FREE TICKETS BECAUSE OF WHERE I WORK)

I had this whole thing going where I was gonna do a fantasy football thing where me and my buddy threw down bets on individual characters, and I gave up because the idea of watching all those movies while people got mad whenever I monologued was crazy.
NGL I am considering watching What if solely because of Infinity Ultron and the powerscalers hyping him up.
Infinity Ultron is kinda ass.
I watched the Phase 1 movies when I was a fetus, so I won't remember the details really well.
They're also shit.
