Okay, I think this thread is pretty straightforward and should be resolved quickly. Wind and Flame's scaling in the Human key is based on Sonic. Sonic is currently (Key Post-Training) only at Low 7-C Speed High Hypersonic, not High 7-C Speed MHS+. So, we'll need to reduce his ranking to match...

It’s not just a multiplier. There was a country level calc that a character survived point blank, and that character is weaker than Shigaraki canonically, and Deku can hurt Shigaraki, so they upscale.
But they are the peak of the verse by FAAAAR, so it’s not like the entire verse is on that level.
And now to keep this on topic by inserting something about OPM into it: Shigaraki can stomp most S class heroes. And most Dragons.

Boros doesn’t have a marble. Although, it does seem like Boros needs to focus to regenerate quickly, so destroying his brain might kill him.
Tatsumaki can win if she can survive Collapsing Star.

Nah, Saitama mulched his brain and he still regenerated. His regen is considered so high that you would need to liquefy him or worse to counter it.

His brain is very much intact there. The brain is behind Boros’ eye, which is not damaged at all. He was conscious enough to look at Saitama then regenerate.
Boros’ regen is described as naturally good, but much faster if he manually focuses his energy to the damaged areas. Can’t manually do anything without a brain. We are assuming Boros can remain conscious and control his body without a brain.

In the second panel you see all that remains with his eye is a gore chunk and the other panels have him general blown to pieces.
So for the site we don't consider the brain important for regeneration, especially with Mel scaling.

That’s not actually known. Her profile is based on her regular psychic armour, not a full power barrier which we’ve never seen before. We know barriers are stronger than regular psychic armour, just look at Tatsumaki vs Psykorochi’s barrier vs Psykorochi’s body.

This site SHOULD consider the brain important if the regen is FROM THE BRAIN. Like for Nomu, Shigaraki and POSSIBLY Boros. Destroying the brain is an explicit weakness since that’s where regen comes from.
Again, the brain is behind the eye. It’s damaged but still there, there enough for Boros to be conscious and control his body. You’re assuming Saitama punched AROUND his eye just to hit the brain yet leave the eye untouched.

It's gored enough to be considered High-Mid and he scales to a character that's also High-Mid. On-site his brain is treated as unnecessary for regeneration, at least during his burst form.

boros literally scales to gaia cannon, CSRC just CANT break throught her barrier with her current scaling.
