Conveniently both Tatsumaki and Flashy Flash (heroes that could easily obliterate the army in seconds) were sent on special missions that would take days to finish

So those missions are most likely fake missions planted by Organization spies...

Yeah I really want to see what happens now, I know Saitama usually saves everything but this is far larger in scale and we also have Genos about to clash with Bofoi...

Regarding the manga chapter it seems that the disciples already know of Neo and were lilely approached by them or their spies...

Already tried, no good lightspeed statements or anything on all of Murata’s tweets with the word Boros in them, just Murata saying
“The version I drew had only these three frames, but you added the strength of Boros and the persuasiveness of the development by scaling up the action direction many times over. The animation staff is too amazing!”

I was about to argue against this but then I remembered that this saga is directly tied to Genos and his past. So yeah, I don't think everything will be resolved easily as well.

Let's see. Tatsumaki and Flash are on their missions. Pig God is stated to have difficulty moving. King is a normal civilian. Atomic Samurai and Zombieman are training. Bang is retired. Child Emperor, Darkshine, and Metal Bat are transferred and don't participate for one reason or another. Genos and Blast are fighting somewhere else. Watchdog Man doesn't leave Q-city. Tanktop Master is heavily injured. Drive Knight might be working for enemy. Metal Knight is probably already doing something.
 
So Nichi should have at least cellular levels of precision going by the webcomic at least. Cutting so quickly and precisely that the cells simply rejoin together by the time he's cut through them.

Atomic Samurai HAS to actually have atomic cutting. He has to.

As for the webcomic, man this has to be setting up some kind of black sperm interaction. 4 million and counting is wild. I don't think there's anyone else who can take that right now. Said it before, but he is the perfect matchup here.
 
Also, further confirmation that Qi/Chi exist in the OPM manga. Which should also mean this is a part of Garou's natural forces. Epic.

What? I'm saying it's epic that we have confirmation that Qi/Chi as a force/energy exist within the universal forces of the OPM universe. Which means Garou should naturally be able to copy Chi/Qi based abilities from other verses.

Okay, I've felt like Nichirin should have gotten a profile by now but....

We definitely NEED to give this man a profile at this point. And I'm not sure what ability his passing through the apple like that counts as- durability negation, or what, but it definitely warrants an ability of some kind. Nichirin is more than a background character at this point and he's only going to get more exposure and combat time when we enter into the Neo-heroes arc (who else gave him those cybernetics?).

Physically I would say we scale him right around Atomic Samurai. As for Speed, I'm not sure. He's able to blitz Black S for what it matters

Very impressed by his performance this chapter, even if I know the feat itself is only low 7-C or something. It just makes me wonder...

What is King going to do against Atomic??

Yeah give that man a profile. His feat should get way higher than low 7-C. You can see how big that mountain is in the panel when we first cut over to the council. He also cut it so fast the apple he threw didn't even move before the pieces of the mountain were separated. Also his other cutting feat got 7-B results so maybe this one could be higher due to how fast he did it.
 
By the way, I didn't see anyone talking about this but it seems we had our first hero death in this webcomic chapter. They mention that heroes in X-city were "wiped out". They usually say "defeated" or refer to them as "causalities" unlike here. I suppose it makes sense given the systematic and no-nonsense attitude of robots in contrast to monsters. And it puts danger levels above anything we have seen before once again.

Speedwise his attack speed should be comparable to Atomic Samurai since they were shown to be comparable to each other
