The biggest one iirc is finding the size of the Lands Between and the energy required to burn it down.

According to sketchy Reddit calcs the map size of Elden Ring is 79 square kilometers. Dunno what that would get though.

Personally, I doubt that only burning down part of the planet would result in the end of all life, since other realms and nations beyond the Lands Between exist.

We know from the game there are other realms outside of the LB (the Numen land, the Badlands, the Land of Reeds, etc) and the game makes it repeatedly clear the Frenzied Flame's whole stick is to obliterate all life. I doubt that "all life" category would be limited to one kingdom, however big it might be.

Considering the Scarlet Rot is incredibly weak to fire, enough that the considerably weakened Redmane army was enough to contain it in Caelid, and the Frenzid Flame can completely burn the world if totally unleashed, it does not look good of the Rot God.

Aside from the GW, pretty much. It's interesting to note the reason why the other Outer Gods suddenly became that active was because the GW abandonned the LB instead of overpowering it (though tbf, at least three of them are unable to do anything since they're sealed while thee other two are very subtle about their plans)

Also, how many Outer Gods do we know off currently? Greater Will, Frenzied Flame, Formless Mother, Scarlet Rot and the God of the Deathbirds come to mind for me. Any more?

Greater Will, Frenzied Flame, the Formless Mother, the God of Rot and the Dark Moon. We also have the Fell God but their influence is almost totaly gone ever since the genocide of the Giants (it's stated Marika herself personally slayed the Fell God, though we don't know if this was the god itself or some kind of avatar or vassal like the Elden Beast, and it's implied the Fell God manifested through his giants).
The Deathbird God is likely Death itself but it's unknown if there's really a "living" deity or the rune itself is seen as one. The dragons are also stated to have had a god once, Placidusax has been waiting for them ever since it left but it's unknown what kind of god it is (there are implications it might have been a god like Marika and possibly the GW as an Outer God, which would be fitting since according to Hyetta, the GW is responsible for creating all life and considering Hyetta serves an opposing Outer God, she has no reason to paint the GW in a positive light).

I don't think it's stated anywhere that the Full Moon or the Dark Moon (remember there's two of them) are actually Outer Gods. That's just very widespread headcanon.
As for the Fell God it's definitely still kicking, as the Fell Flame on the Forge of the Giants still burns, albeit reduced to cinders. The Fire Giant also gets directly empowered by the Fell God during his fight, and all the Fire Monks and Fire Prelates get their power from it.

Not with the GW. GW is what's above Marika, not Marika herself- the Dragon God is almost certainly not an Outer God and is a situation akin to Marika. Fell God may be something similar, dunno.

It could also be the case that the "god" of the Ancient Dragons was killed in the war, and the Outer God took that as a sign to dip, and that's who Placi is trying to commune with.

Tbf, the Fell God has had its influence nearly wiped out. It seems it's starting to regain some degree of power since the Fire Monks are establishing camps in Liurnia

We know Marika personnally faced and defeated the Fell God when she enacted her genocide over the Giants but we don't know if it was the god itself, an avatar, a previous champion empowered by the god like she is or a vassal similar to the Elden Beast

Still, in the worst version of those cases it would presumably be the strongest version of a Fire Giant and we already know that a complete rando (who isn't even the biggest Fire Giant we've seen) is already so vastly powerful that someone who fought Radahn still places them in a different league.

As said above, that was a rot-infested, dying Radhahn. I doubt the Fire Giants were fielding armies of top demigod level warriors honestly.
Also, unrelated but do we assume Godfrey has grown with the power of runes as well or are we just fighting Lv. 1 Hoarah Loux?

Does he really have anything that says he got stronger? I doubt he went through all that trouble as we see everything getting burned down. He wouldn't need runes to get through. So I'd say it's just his base.

If we're being honest it's likely that every single Crucible Knight has at least one Fire Giant kill under their belt.
From the way I read it, Godfrey wouldn't really have any reason to not beeline for the Lands Between the second Grace called to him. Why it took him so long I have no idea. Maybe he was one of the last to be revived. Maybe he just had to kill a shitton of people to get there.
Either way, there's no reason to think he has a Finger Maiden with him (doubly so since he's a late arrival and the entire institution that assigned maidens to Tarnished appears to have fallen apart), so even if he's full of runes, he's not using them for anything.

I mean he probably has, but I don't think he went through the same journey as the main Tarnished did, considering Tarnished has killed all the peeps with Great Runes before he did.
I always interpret it as once the walls of Leyndell got burned, Godfrey just took the opportunity and went inside afterwards

We can't know that, though. Godfrey is the first Tarnished, we have no reason to presume he literally never had a Maiden. If he had one at one point, we have no reason to presume she's gone. Obviously it's true Godfrey hasn't gone through the exact same journey as us, but there are numerous other divine beings around, and Godfrey has, at the very least, almost certainly gained a great deal of remembrances.
