And in Manga being injured is obviously related to psychic output too, just consider how at the fight against Fuhrer Ugly Tatsumaki was so damaged she couldn't even restrict Fuhrer Ugly nor Black Sperm

That doesn't matter since Tatsumaki's brain was also damaged when she fought Psykorochi. Fubuki saw Tatsumaki destroying Psykorochi and that's the strongest she and Bang have seen her ever. Fubuki stating this chapter that Tatsumaki is using full power (even if she may or may not be) means she is at least equal to what she sensed during the Psykorochi fight.
Even if we assume she was under her 100% during the Psykorochi fight and that she is still recovering and under her full capabilities, it just means that she could be stronger to an unknown extent, but it wouldn't change the fact that we can comapre this Tatsumaki's output to what she exerted during the MA arc, based on Fubuki's assessemnts.

Tatsumaki and Saitama having a romantic relationship is absolutely ludicrous for a number of reasons. But I could see them having a pretty cool friendship later down the line. Tatsumaki clearly feels a sense of disconnect between herself and almost everyone else, due to the insane gap in power between her and most other people. Not only does it make people fear her, something Tatsumaki got used to and eventually developed an ego because of it, but it also seems that Tatsumaki avoids bonds with people she thinks are weak because they can't protect themselves if a serious threat comes by and she worries she can't protect everyone at once. Overall, Tatsumaki being on a godlike status of power creates a divide between her and common people, even including the vast majority of Heroes, that causes her to not want anything to do with them because of it, and usually vice versa as well. When Tatsumaki realizes that Saitama is more powerful than her (or at least on a similar level depending on how much she copes), and develops respect for him, she might find comfort in the fact that he would never be afraid of her, and that she doesn't need to protect him, as well as that, to some extent at least, he can probably relate to what she feels. Likewise, Saitama would probably sympathize with Tatsumaki if he understood this, though obviously he wouldn't be very emotional about it.

Yeah for Boros due to how weird he is ( vastly above Tatsumaki who the pinnacle of the top tiers but far below any of the other god tiers he sort of in this weird middle ground )
