Isn't EoS Takeru High 6-B, since that is what the key is tied to?
Also, any resistance to layered mind and madness manip, and no the NEP does not matter given it can affect vessels that are specifically made to have no mind so that they don't get got by the infection.

Technically, but he start in civilian and jump to EoS via Henshin.

Already have resistance to mind manip, can most likely just reactive Evo through it.

Can the Radiance even interact with Takeru? Also something like Mugen just passively null abilities that interact with him.

They don't necessarily need to, due to AoE effects. E.g. Jord's ability inversion would make anything invisible visible. Toda leads with a technique that makes the opponent incapable to perceiving the world, ironically enough.
Toda's pseudo-precog can deal with most types of invisibility and stealth, and the writing concept is multi-purpose enough to be used as a counter.
(Generally, most OnC characters are somewhat skilled enough to fight mechanical dragons, who are likewise invisible)
Sayama could just erase the concept of invisibility.
There are a few more options, but you get the gist.

Yes, dream beings can interact with other dream beings, who are constructed out of essence, which makes up thoughts, feelings, and emotions, and beings connected to higher beings can interact with SOUL, let alone a full higher being like the radiance. And if you are referring to the EoS key, she can already mind and madness hax mindless beings, along with that stuff being passive, to begin with.

Only one layer, also Takeru NEP is on physical, mental and spiritual level.

His reactive evo work by connecting the mind of other, so by infecting he'll straight up just gain resistance from it via continuously mind linking to other people as well.

Oh, so he gets merked by the passive mind, and madness hax, esp since he needs to transform to reach the nep
since Soul Sanctum Fodder (Not failures and mistakes)<=Soul Master<Basic Vessel Resistance<The HK<The Radiance's Hax
He will be mentally dead by that point as that is what the infection does, at the bare minimum he will be in a vegetative state, but even then how or why would he mind linking to other people, as the infection doesn't do hive mind stuff?
 
Alucard after my CRT is gonna be a 9-A with Mid-Godly, Type 1 AE, Subjective Reality, advanced NPI and on top of his other hax such as passive fear hax, mind hax, etc.


Going by that I'd imagine he'd take the 2nd spot for 9-A, perhaps #1 depending on what DnD character it is. (Unfamiliar with that verse so a profile for reference would be nice.)

A character has a tier that varies with his will between 9-A, 8-B, 8-A and 7-B

Can I try put him on some spot from 8-A for exemple? He cannot change Tier during the fight

Nope, there is specifically a varies tier (in the other list) precisely for those characters. If use varies characters with their in between tiers was valid then there would probably more spots doing that (and Kousuke would also be placed in the 8-A tier instead of just 8-B)

Not all of them have Tier 1 hax's, especially in the tiers Johnny's in (he still doesn't beat them, i'm just correcting misinformation)

Not exactly, by the time he has reached EoS he is in NEP state and mind linking is basically his go-to borderline passive due to Great Eyes influence.

How fast is this, as if it doesn't give resistance, and doesn't happen fast enough for him to bypass all of these layers from his baseline level then he just gets no diffed, also how exactly does the mind link work?

Developed Andy for 8-A. He's got low godly regen and imm type 8 soul based and can attack the souls. If he's not good enough, Seal is better

In 10-A: Why is Sheville above Sabrina again? She seems to have a big range advantage and he doesn't look to be that hard to incap or BFR.

And can it even interact against something that doesn't exist on physical, soul and mind level?

And yes, it does give abilities and resistance, practically allowing him to be imperceivable even to being that can perceived soul.

His mind link work as psuedo mindhax itself, allowing him to control others, while also giving him new abilities too.
 
Alucard in his Schrodinger is getting a buff, CRT was accepted so he'll be getting the following.


Abstract Existence Type 1, Mid-Godly regeneration, Subjective Reality and all the hax from his previous key. Can anyone in 9-A deal with that?
