Top 10 Strongest Non-Smurfs for every tier continued

Directly from the rules of the OP itself (Setsuna didn't actually put this in his OP but he did linked the previous thread and said "same rules as last thread")

So if The Hunter has Multiverse level range that's applicable in his 8-A Key then he needs to get the boot, it sucks but those are the rules. But if he doesn't have that range in his 8-A key then he's good. Only the keys which have the Multiverse level range can't be added to the list but the versions of him that don't have this can stay/be added.
Ya, the range plays a good factor in defining a smurf user or not, where it is an offensive or defensive ability. You are affecting someone higher than your own dimensionality, lol.

You are getting it wrong. If your ability can even affect 1-As being while you are 9B, it is a smurf. Damn, how do you define smurfs if range is not a factor lol?
The hunter cannot affect 1-As. He cant even affect higher dimensions at all. Even in-game the ability is explicitly 3-Dimensional, described as only reaching across space, not time

By this logic, anyone with dimensional travel, dimensional teleportation, dimensional bfr, type 8 and 9 immortality, time travel, etc. Would also be smurfs
Interdimensional Range isn't considered as 4-D range for 3-D characters, which is why things like dimensional travel and dimensional bfr aren't considered as smurf abilities for 3-D characters.

But if the range was Low Multiversal onward that would be considered as 4-D range and such smurf range for 3-D characters.

Basically only characters who don't have higher-dimentional abilities or stats then their dimentional level (I.E. a 10D character can't have 11D hax, for example). Even if said stuff is pratically useless. This also includes protection from a higher dimentional being, range and resistances. Only the base stats are considered (I.E. if a character has a High 3-A technique but is only 9-A by itself, then the character will only count for 9-A and not for High 3-A).

Also, I removed characters I could tell at a glance were no longer a member of the tier they were listed under.

Also also, I've added a section with the versus threads to decide certain placements at the very bottom of the list. So if you make one please link it here.
from the OG thread

also why is there a range for summoning even.

Awesome, then shouldn't affect the hunter

Interdimensional is not considered smurf but anything above Universal it is...it always has.

How come this guy has no resistance to death manip except sound manip resistance from mandragora while other belmont literally resisted death's attack. Also I don't see Belmont Bloodline physiology. was that intentional or simply overlooked.
1) The death manipulation resistance seems like a simple oversight tbh since he can dwell in a place that can insta-kill beings that are naturally resistant to death manipulation (Resistance negation is still a convoluted P&A in general).

2) I'm assuming the Belmont bloodline physiology only applies to the main timeline and not the LoS timeline (Tbf the connection between the Belmonts and Dracula is fundamentally different in the LoS timeline).

Interdimensional is for characters that merely transport stuff from a body of space to another, it can be an smurf ability in itself depending on context (notably universal travel that doesn't have universal AoE), but not necessarily.

So, how exactly good are they? The characters resist all of that and you would at least need to be 9-10 layers and above to affect the gods (Technically much higher with scaling chains). Also, the gods can do the same things as well at the same level and above.

I think the god can deal with type 7 but not type 9. How does it work usually?
who is the strongest god in weakest mage? I want to test her out to find where to place them in 5B, 5A and 4C

I don’t know how they’re not on there yet, but there should be characters from Touhou for 8-B, Low 7-C, 7-C, and 5-C given how they not only have infinite speed, but they also lead with high-level bullet hell fashioned danmaku where upon getting hit by those attacks, your spirit gets drained even if you have resistance to it. Not to mention, the youkai have Mid-Godly regeneration.

For 7-C, do they have range that can hit people who exist outside of reality on multiple levels to where even non-existent beings can't see or interact with them? Because 2nd spot (Beiloune) would stalemate them at minimum if they can't, but if they can, they'd go above him.

Shouldn't Honjou Masayuki be removed from 7-B given the relative "outdatedness" of his profile? he was also supposedly undergoing revisions as well but it seems like that hasn't happened yet. And i doubt it will happen in the foreseeable future tbh.

But if he stays then i have two separate questions.

  1. How is the ability activated? is it passive or does it require some sort of an action to occur for the ability to activate?
  2. It says "There's a chance that a strong opponent might resist it" what counts as a "strong opponent" and what's the chance this ability doesn't work on them? like in percentages if he's ever given them.
Bump?

his luck is passive. The strong opponent resist is only for his messiah skill not his other skills

Alright.

That wasn't really the question i was asking, i'm asking 1. What's considered as a "strong opponent" in this context and 2. What's the chance this ability not effecting said strong opponent?
strong means having strong magic skills which allow resistances to other skills

Thanks.

Next question, what's the range of this ability? since his profile doesn't actually give a concrete range to the ability it seems like, unless it's really only "standard melee range" in effective range.

Depends on who you are submitting for each tier, because uh from what I remember of their 8-Bs, they aint getting past 5th because Isaac t-poses and has like 11+ ways to res and multiple of which are at a mid-godly degree

They don't have anything smurf? Anything smurf, regardless of how useless is, would make them unqualified.

Also, from what I remember in previous pages DT had contention about how actually useful the Mid-Godly is.

Thanks.

iirc his Chosen One could cover the entire Tempest Colloseum

Also, I think Godcat should replace Akron for 5th strongest 4-A (Or at most be tied with him) since she’s canonically stronger than him within the story, not to mention how she possesses all the abilities of her creations including Akron.

But those are only for the Low 2-C AP characters. There are other characters who aren’t Low 2-C while also not having smurf-like range.
If any of their abilitites or resistances come from anything tier 2 then they can't get a place. So can you say for sure that there is nothing smurf about them? And if that is the case what characters in concrete you propose that can take the places of those already in the list.

Only Alice and Patchouli have Low 2-C AP ratings for magic and the gods have Low 2-C immortality and 2-B range. Everyone else are not smurfs so they should be just fine.
