He did not do it in this key. This is High 4-C key, not his 4-A one. Also, is it in character for him to do it in this form? If no, then why would he do it?

Uh no. That doesn't prove it. Besides, IT doesn't have a set range of teleportation as the distance between teleportation can vary as long as it is in the general area of the targets, aka the area of their ki presence
 
Realistically a GRB would just phase through average energy, considering it's mostly pure radiation. Garou's GRB did knock Saitama away, however. So a beam clash will probably work if it came to it. ( Not sure if it's anywhere near in character for cooler to fight that strategically from the get go, however.)

Why would his entire character morality change when the sp^2 literally happens like 2 minutes after the high 4-C feat

Garou would not blow up the planet if the kid he befriended was on it.

But since this is like a different alien planet. I think its in-character for him to go all out and just wreck the random planet apart.

You can cry behind the pages all you want, everyone can go and read for themselves that Garou doesn't evolve nearly as much and as fast as his Monster form if at all he can evolve past his current Cosmic State without copy.

If you and your goons still support that wank then so be it lol.

I'm not saying he is 4-A, but he had no qualms about making a hole in the galaxy. The timelines are different but the character is the same.

Again, if Saitama didn't jump he would have destroyed the Earth with the GRB and then he nearly does it again when he clashes Serious Punches with Saitama

He won't have an issue with blowing up an alien planet if he knows thats his wincon

Yes. The GRB that is High 4-C and that worried Saitama to jump because if a glaze of it hit the Earth something "very bad" would've happened.

And here, there are 2 things Garou can hit with the GRB to perjudicate Cooler: the planet, or the Big Gete Star.

He isn't an idiot, he would deduce that the giant planet sized structure has something to do with the constant spawning of enemies and decide to get rid of it altogether.

And what matters here is that he destroys the Big Gete Star, once he does that he just fodderizes the remaining Coolers

It has no set durability, the only thing it scales from is Meta Cooler's durability, which isn't a lot so it would get destroyed with a GRB or enough Nuclear Fission spam

It's funny to me how some guys here straight up were saying that Cosmic Garou for some reason doesn't have RE and AD anymore lol

i just noticed this. God its so hard to keep up with this thread

Anyway, yes I believe a beam clash will work and coolers can reinforce the beams they want.

I just remembered Cooler can cause massive explosions on his target with trinkets of his energy right after his Analytical predictions feat, now I can only imagine an army also like that. Without this AD and RE wank, I don't see Garou making it out from an army jumping him.
