Bleach and potentially Naruto both have better world systems.
Sure? Don’t know how this effects story telling. There are numerous naruto abilities that I think are better written.

It's genious.
It somehow makes it that if you know the cartoon characters then you get super attached to them and when you don't know the cartoon characters you still get attached to them despite all of that.
The premise is unique and well made
The action is fire
The abilities are well though out and amazingly all surround the idea of cartoons on TV
The lore is deep
The horror is horrific.
I like it all and it's the type of comic that puts many cliche manhwa to shame.

No, the writing is pretty trash. But for a shonen, it having trash writing doesn't detract from the entertainment aspect. If you want good writing don't go to shonen, go to seinen.

To pivet away from the goonery of you guys ******** on each others favourite verses, I think Isekai/Solo Leveling clones/Generic chinaman novels are wildly overhated. People are entitled to hating those genres, but some behave like those genres have destroyed Man-ga/wha-hua's as a whole. Trash has always existed, malding over the current meta like that one hobby writer just trying to hop into the trend to get a following is going to magically write good shit if Isekai didnt exist is such a goon thought process its mindboggling
