Even if you wanna argue she has better raw feats than him I argue Boros has better scaling and narrative intent

"Scaling" is a cold system isn't ?

No matter how much the narrative and the author intent, with no connections there's no scaling, leaving you up to your own feats

But, I was on the side that always said that Boros was still relevant despite the gap in feats, but today I see as being quite intentional the fact that Orochi, Psykorochi and Garou (Specially him) look and are seen as more relevant than Boros. Classic manga powercreep, and that’s all
