To be honest, Saitama needs enhanced senses. He is able to locate the pozition of things perfectly among all the stones, something that not even Garou could do. He can even find the location of the portal instantly.oh didnt notice this , saitama really fast , he was already at the place where garou was teleporting lmao

and base 4-A dura scaling to saitama since he can tank the strikes (remember that mode saitama only makes him fight like saitama, not turn him into a saitama copy)

Psykos' continent dunk did have direct consequences in the tsunami that Tatsumaki had to divert and then Iaian commented about it when he saw the sea coming close. Orochi's core feat led to the volcanic eruption that Garou deflected.
