For those that don't notice, Boros dashes to Saitama and creates a small explosion on the ship, he then attacks Saitama several times while the explosion is still forming and when Saitama punches him away then the explosion finishes going off. It's similar to FF vs the Ninja bros feat, but idk what the speed could be.

However he is still inferior to King, the creator of everything, including all concepts, who views the rest of the verse as fiction.
