Yujiro earthquake+ nuke upgrades(plus new multipliers)

Mag 7 is still the best option to use. Mag 5 and 6 are too weak to use with the earthquake being more fitting of a Mag 7 in the OP provide. I really don’t think there’s even a debate to be had because of how obvious this is

Earthquakes don't shake the same force throughout the area. And I think when it's close to the center and Meg 6.5+ is enough.

Sorry I don’t really understand. Can you extrapolate your point? Also no the earthquake is 7, I’m not putting it lower when I’ve literally shown my proof in the OP

Sorry I don’t really understand.
Earthquake power depends on relative distance from the center. A 2 kiloton explosion generated magnitude 7 or 8 equalivent force at the direct center, but once you got a couple miles away it dropped to magnitude 4 and a few hundred miles away it went down to 2 or 3.

The center of a total seismic 6 or 5 Earthquakr can have enough power to knock people over or make them tremble. A highrr magnitude Earthquake will just carry that force over a wider area.

Ah ok then so it wouldn’t be a problem for the earthquake here because it fits with everything I’ve presented. They weren’t far away from it and the earthquake was big. I’m sorry from all my research I’ve yet to see this from a Mag 5 or 6 do this in fact thanks to your last sentence im even more certain it’s 7 as it does spread through a wider area.

Also Qawsed why are you so against this? You said it yourself that Mag 7 is perfect fine no higher

I feel like you didn't read some of my other posts there
This is at best a magnitude 5-7. Certainly nothing higher than that.
There's no indication that's its a magnitude seven. It being a 5-6 fits better with the effects and with it being a relatively casual feat from Ogre.
It could be 7 as a note, just that nothing is there to back it over mag 6.
I said multiple times that it should be mag 5-6. Just that mag 7 is theoretically useable if you highball it.

If we're using the Shindo scale and assuming its the highest possible rating, then it would be a mag 6.5 as discussed in the above thread.

So you still pointing out that 7 can be used and my point still stands

And my points make it so that 5 and 6 shouldn’t be used that there to weak to even be considered.

No it wouldn’t, again I’m tried of these half measures for a verse most of y’all don’t even read. Everything I’ve point out is just Mag 7 as being perfectly fine that multiple staff members are good with.

In fact that Baki thread I posted was mega ass and as a huge fan of the series just having an Aneurysm reading it.

Pretty sure that you need at minimum Earthquake 6 to trow people, and this self proclaimed humans are superhumans so...

So you mean the rating we've more or less always used and the one I've said I'm fine with using? I just don't see the evidence for a Mag 7. A mag 6 can replicate everything there if they were close enough to the origin point, which going by how Ogre stopped it seems very likely.
So you still pointing out that 7 can be used
If you highball it, the most I think is acceptable is Mag 7. I think its more likely Mag 6 to 6.5 based on the lack of damage compared to the listed Japanese earthquakes that were 6.9-7.2 and did far more notable building damage. But the violence of the shaking implies it more than Mag 5.

Then we both agree Mag 7 then cool when it’s a highball what’s the problem. This was done on an literally vast field so your point invalid because me doing my research most of those earthquake were done in locations with buildings not open fields.

No it really doesn’t even mean going back and reading literally shows no Mag 5 throwing peoples shit in like that.

Tbh going back to look at previous Baki threads discussing this is just embarrassing how the old Baki supporters had no idea what they we’re doing. This has to be the most simple upgrade in the entire verse

Because it's a highball or over estimation in my view.

Earthquakes occur along fault lines and are caused by tectonic activity along those lines. Them being in a field means nothing, the field just needs to be along a fault line, which a bulk of Japan happens to be.

I mean, before I jumped in everyone scaled off of a terrible assumption that Olivia made a planetary shockwave that messed up satellite positions. Something the story itself explains and debunks.

Most of the time it's just a casual interest in the series and people going along with it because it sounds alright.

In this case since I'm outvoted I guess going with Mag 7 and using the multipliers for Tier 7 is fine and is backed by the nuke stuff. But I'm against the suggestion of making people Tier 6.

He alredy explained that at minimum is High Mag 6 and ¨maximum¨ Mag 7, specially when it knocked guys who are masivelly superhuman

Tier 7 has supporting statements and is closer to the lower tier showings. Tier 6 is outlandishly superior to everything else and would create a chain of scaling issues.
But also think Curious what would be the scaling issues? I’ve should make a new thread debunking most of the “Baki is a tier 9 to 8 verse”

But what scaling issue? Yujiro grows in power by the moment and with the multiplier scaling chain what will Che the problem?

What about pickle tanking the force of the meteor that wiped out the dinosaurs?
Nah I have problems with the feat logically. Like Pickle was in underground when they found him so how could have he tanked it lol. And even if he did it would be like City+ wanked

Oh yeah to also add on to this the verse will basically hit 6-C with the multipliers so what the issue now if that’s gonna be the case?
