It's a bit of a mixed reaction, but from what I've personally seen, the majority seems very doubtful. Which is understandable of course, considering how big that gap is from everything we've seen in the series until now, but as most here would agree, isn't really an outlier, since the only characters who scale above CF Garou are God and Saitama, and neither of them have anything that contradicts it.
What I'm interested in is if Garou himself physically scales to that attack. I'd think he does.
Speaking of, only about a week until next chapter. Pretty hyped as long as it's as good as last chapter, if not better.

He is bound to scale. Saitama will inevitably come back and Garou will most likely fight against him in hand-to-hand combat which means he thinks his physical attacks are equal if not superior to GRB.

If we’re being honest, oda has made the ocean irrelevant as a weakness, only way I can see devil fruits “stability” at question would be a show down where someone falls into the ocean and is actually about to die.(Luffy feel into the ocean against Kaido, was in there for like a solid 40 hours, and was chilling right after).

Aokiji and Blackbeard are going to need to put in work, but if they're all grouped up I think EOW would solo since Aokiji and Blackbeard's abilities are comparable in speed but not necessarily AOE. Aokiji can freeze an island sized area of water fast- but can he do so while it's moving towards him faster than Kizaru? I'd go EOW mid-diff

Why wouldn't they? If we have good reasons for the OPM Earth being different than our Earth, then it will be accepted.
