I would much rather take the table flip over mars. Cuz it’ll likely bring tier 5 results regardless. Speed feats would be nice.

^It's this. But here's an important question- is the entity known as "God" the same being who created the Universe and the limiters? I don't think so. I think he's Satan.
We know that Atlantis is real in OPM, and we know that the arc of the convenant and presumably Moses, the Hebrew escape from slavery in Egypt, the splitting of the Red Sea are all real. We also know that beings like Phoenix Man somehow know Aramaic, the ancient Hebrew language. After all Phoenix Man said " יְהִי אוֹר " when he resurrected the subterreneans which is Hebrew for "let there be light!"
That's the same thing that God said when he created the earth in Genesis. But if this guy calling himself "God" is really the creator of the universe- of EVERYTHING, why is he trapped? If he's the same God who freed the Hebrews from Egypt why does he want to destroy earth? If he's a benevolent dude, why are all his followers despairing, nihilistic, misanthropic maniacs looking for vengeance violence and power?
Either ONE doesn't LOVE GOD or "God" is some kind of demon, if not the devil himself.

But I guess God could just be taking advantage of Garou thinking that Sage Centipede was referring to Saitama to manipulate Garou and God isn’t actually aware of Saitama or had any interaction with him.

Dr. Genus doesn’t actually knows the being “God” exist or the true nature of why Saitama is as strong as he is. It’s all speculation. Some of what he says could have merit but most of it is from the perspective of seeing an extremely crazy specimen like Saitama.

By the way, breaking the limiter means that there is no limit to one's growth, like garou's case right? If saitama has "removed" his limiter to where he has no limits to his strength in the first place, wouldn't that make him high 3-A?

This just means he has really good Accelerated Development or Reactive Power level that lets him (hypothetically) continually increase his strength without ever reaching a plateau, akin to the Hulk, Doomsday, and Saiyans.

Spatial Manipulation would be the obvious one given his appearance and what he's already done. Maybe he could gain some kind of martial arts that allows him to manipulate space with his techniques. I think it could allow for some crazy panels where he essentially TKs attacks/people away from him by just moving his hands or maybe negates distance by shoving his hands through space to attack people from a far.
