The difference between the low-end and high end for speed is using the .13 and the .02, so the low-end will likely get accepted.
Honestly im not even disappointed. I've learned to keep my expectations relatively low. However, in this case, literally everyone was saying this feat was likely FTL, so they quite possibly got my hopes up for nothing and we all got bamboozled.

I dont recall there being any statements that the scaling was exclusive to only webcomic. Murata even mentions them being relevant for when he does end up drawing the battle.
I mean to be fair, since the feat is not possible to calc since it’s a 3D feat in a 2D picture which lowballs depth immensely and a lot of lines aren’t marked, not to mention those lines are probably longer due to being in background meaning they’re further away. But besides that, putting time into making that calc is a hard ass job. Props to Nik but I personally think the result should be multiplied by like 5 for a still lowball result.
It's not just half at first glance the red lines seems too many compared to black line because of it's light color but if you'll zoomed and look closely at it there is still so manyyy black lines left timmy calcu of chapter 155 feat is FTL and the timeframe he used is 0.8 so to think this feat is Rel+ is ridiculous.
The difference is that boros and saitama were fighting in a place which more way way tougher than a planet stones while saitama vs garou...
That statement is a bit weird, we can’t really say if it’s outdated or not until we actually see the Garou fight in the manga.
Scale isn't really relevant when it's coming from Saitama mostly lol plus one stated Boros was the physically stronger one.

I think it makes sense because back in 2016, when Garou was stated an equal to Boros, Murata said that he would have to create the same visuals to show it. Since visuals is referring to feats, and "larger scale" also refers to feats, that should mean Garou > Boros.
That's through calcs, not visuals. Without calcs, you couldn't tell the difference between the moon kick and the earth core pull.
