I see Uskla already posted his Rover calc while I was away. I will say a more straightforward high end might be calcing the blast as a 30 kilometer shockwave at whatever pressure it needs to be to heavily damage buildings/shake the ground/separate rock. Going off our explosion yield calculations page, it could give decent results.
What do you think about adding a shockwave end to your Orochi calculation? I was doing my own and was planning on that method for the high end. It's simple, straightforward. Just calc the energy to create a shockwave that travels 30km. I think that makes sense, it would travel through the entire MA, down to Orochi's lair, and the excess energy would manifest itself as the "earthquake" we see

It isn't clear whether she was using her full power or not there. However, the fact she says she wanted to save her stamina means she thinks Garou could give her some trouble. Otherwise she wouldn't be concerned.
Not true. The only thing Darkshine says is that the coordination of his muscles improved dramatically, so his durability should stay the same while asleep. Given that Bang was able to harm Garou, we have no reason to assume Bang doesn't scale to the durability of a much stronger Garou.
I think the last word is meant to be PPP instead of Darkshine. PPP has an unquantifiable large amp during the MA arc, so he could easily be more durable than Transformed Bug God.
There are some arguments that could be made to say Spiral Garou was stronger due to technique, but Beast Garou is stated later on to be using a combination of plenty of styles, so it's unknown. The fact is, by raw strength, Beast Garou is stronger than Spiral Garou, and his AP is comparable to his durability because he can harm characters that can harm him.

It's hard to notice after all. If we think he did use it to obliterate those heroes on the forest fight, then he perhaps used it here. I did wonder why he didn't use it against Darkshine, and then he "seemed" to use it right before the fight started.
