I'm guessing it's real and the only one who can see it is those ppl who made contract with it. If it's just really an illusion i see no reason of appearing in the moon instead of just straight up appearing in front of him. I'm guessing that's it's essence and he can only do that in the moon.

I can’t believe they made this

I’m dumb so why did she throw up blood?
I'm with tural on this one, it looks pretty clear to me that "God" stepped in to save Psykorochi. I have no idea how, but Tatsumaki was genuinely surprised when she coughed up blood and there was a panel there that showed the moon and only the moon. I figured it was a symbol for "God"'s presence even before we got that confirmed this chapter

GOD being the cause for her sudden break-down would be a pretty neat way of establishing his place in the hierarchy — like an eldritch, Lovecraftian deity, the mere sight of him on the Moon rendered Tatsumaki out-of-commission.

I agree about that being super cool and a great way to establish his place in the verse. Although she wouldn't have seen him on the moon since that was in her peripheral vision while she looked at Psykorochi when she coughed up blood. He can bestow massive amounts of power, confiscate life (at least from the people he has gifted), create illusions/intrude in the minds of others, speak telepathically... but he can't manifest physically. Does the moon act as a keyhole in his cosmic prison, like the cubes? Maybe he can stick a metaphorical finger out through it and interact a little more when something is in view of the moon.

It had to be sacrificed for tier 5
Agreed. Let's be positive though- Orochi still has the shape-shifting, no reason he still can't do the fused arm beams/chest beam that he did in the original fight.. I understood Orochi saying "I'll use my full power from the start" to mean that ONE was implying "yeah, Orochi has tons of other powerful techniques and abilities but gaia cannon is far above all that".

But he can still do it , he literally did it as psykrochi when she emerged from the MA tower

Perhaps the anime will show a fight, which will have all the scenes of the first and second versions of the fight.

The fight with Boros in the anime was much cooler and longer than in the manga.

And as we know, One-Punch Man anime often exaggerates feats, perhaps a piece of the core will be many times larger than in the manga, and rise in a moment
🤙🏻

I was hoping that nobody would notice that Darkshine can't scale to 7-A because he only cracked a small part of HA. I also thought it was weird something like that was overlooked so I never brought it up since I thought I was probably missing something

Now that i think about it, would Exploding Heart Release fist count as a one-shot qorthy damage boost?

It was able to overpower Bang's WSRSF when his regular WSRSF blows and Roaring aura sky ripping fost could not. And Bang's WSRSF is better than Garou's who could deflect attacks capable of ending the fight in one hit( like Metal bat).

Garou also failed to redirect attacks from DS, whereas DS couldn't even touch a non amped Bang.

Oh, and for more blatant examples there's Bomb implying Bang could end the fight instantly multiple times if he used Exploding heart release fist.

I find it weird that EHRF boosts AP and Durability that high. That ignores logic, cuz it's just martial arts. Awakening Breath amping durability and AP to some degree may make sense to me though.

I guess you could say it's mostly the minor body control he gets over his heart doing the amp.
But if he can make his heart generate shockwaves strong enough to greatly increase his damage then his Heart is extremely superhuman when compared to the rest of his body.
Guess that's why there's so many staircases to Bang's Dojo, he REALLY takes his cardio seriously.

Well to go back on topic
  • The 5-B calc is bunk for the reasons I gave. I as just clarifying that the maximum it could ever be is 5-B, not 5-A. Since it went from a crouched position to a standing position it was moving much slower than what I gave
Where is this 5-B calc? I'm curious now.

As for the large size, I'm thinking "God" is more likely to be nebula size when he actually manifests- the Saitama vision was not to scale because they seem to have been in a weird interdimensional space (and not actually with "God").

Hmmm I just realized it's not time rn in the battle. How long has this battle been?
The entire monster arc takes place in one day, the current battle is at night

Also I should point out how drab the backgrounds look, like I get Murata has a tight schedule, but the way sky is drawn makes you forget that it is nighttime.

I didn't even notice til I just reread and saw the coloring. Hmm I wonder if the background being empty is supposed to be similar to the webcomic.

Haha, seen Smurf's "fixes" have you? Yes, it would be good if more shots had stars but the darkness, the presence of the moon and the black background seem clear enough proof of it being nighttime to me.

Question: how do you think current Garou vs EC (post molt) goes?

I'd say Garou could win using Band's and Bomb's techniques. But if he doesn't put him down ASAP, EC could evolve to the point Garou can't harm him. But then again Garou could also evolve further.

I think it's a matter of who puts the other down first

I think it's tier 2 mainly because the authors have read the fan manga, and they always want to surpass our expectations.
