I agree, Animdude directly made the fundamental "code" of the game in it's entirety which extends to multiple endings, which in their own case would count as different timelines.

Yeah FNaF world is kinda neglected in general so it took a lot of bumping to find someone who actually cares about the verse at all

Let me make a summary of the proposals though:

From what I'm understanding, all the characters should have an
"Endgame" key
With a Low 2-C - possibly 2-C rating.

To address Chica' Magic Rainbow and Animdude's defeat as being "game mechanics", it is directly acknowledged by Fredbear, after defeating the game (insert entering the secret house) that a stronger team [having referred to the recycled characters which includes Animdude.] would have been needed to defeat the mysterious boss.

Why I personally think each ending is a different timeline
It is directly seen in the "Universe End", that a Universe encompasses reality, however simply by going back to the save file and making sure you choose a different character as the leader (other then fredbear) the paradox can be avoided, allowing yourself to go back and do other endings like defeating Scott, or even going through the secret portal to go to the realm where character's codes are recycled. Though I'm unsure of concrete evidence for this, I think contextually it makes sense.

Conclusion:
Considering how Animdude is the puppeteer of the entire game, and is what created it in the first place (several worlds like the glitch tunnels, and reversed world) he should scale to it, along with Chica's Magic Rainbow, and every choose-able character (with a profile here) given an Endgame key.
The Final tier should be "Low 2-C possibly 2-C; are powerful enough to defeat Animdude, who created the game, in which is made of multiple timelines. Can also win against Chica's Magic rainbow, whom is stated to be more powerful than Scott."

yeah this is pretty much what I say should happen
although, early game characters should be low 2-C by technicality too because they'd have to be infinitely weaker to even be high 3-A

all usable characters should get plot manipulation since after being defeated, animdude claims that the player brought the story to an end, not him

Yes, they literally kill the storyteller and unbound by his plot manipulation, they should likely get resistance too.

Yes-ish. I agree with the upgrade and also proposed 2-C but i think that’ll need to be evaluated through more evidence and a separate CRT.
