I think it's because ONE's art has improved by then. But for OPM, the best we can do is either estimations or statements. I'm surprised we even got to 7-A+ to 6-C for the webcomic.
And also, Tatsumaki's 7-B feat could likely be higher than 7-B, but due to how shit the art is, we don't have a proper way of doing so, so assuming 7-B is the best option.

Does anyone remember Explosive Velocity Snail from the webcomic? I propose upgrading all peak demons to MHS+ when this guy is introduced in the manga.
For comparison
Snail's speed: 0.001 m/s
Peak human speed: 10.44 m/s
Explosive Velocity Snail: 108 m/s
108÷0.001×10.44 = 1.127.520 (MHS+)
Likes of EC Genos, Awakened Cockroah and Sonic are faster than normal peak demons. So sub-relativistic or higher(since everybody is stronger in manga) for them.
This doesn't condradict with Cockroah's statement that he can dodge light speed attacks or this calculation

Can you show the feat first?
It being stated to be a laser doesn't mean it's LS, also we see the Lasers bend, which is something real lasers don't do. And I don't recall the former happening.

That's not an actual feat, it was just a comparison. Velocity Snail can go 390 km/h. I compared it to normal snails. I am still new to vsbattles though so I don't know if there is a rule that prevents this kind of comparison.
Lasers are lightspeed though. A quote from wiki:
"A laser is a device that emits light through a process of optical amplification based on the stimulated emission of electromagnetic radiation"
Doesn't that mean it is basically light?
Also, in OPM there are a lot of things that don't happen in real life

Laser is a very commonly thrown around word in fiction. Anything that looks like an energy projection attack has tendency to be called lasers. Plus, this only follows one of the requirements for it to be truly lightspeed. And Light doesn't bend at all. There isn't enough to prove this moves as fast as an actual laser does. This is pretty much just a regular energy beam.
Plus, even then, it'd be a huge outlier considering most of their speed feats in this category don't even exceed MHS+. And the narrative itself only has god tiers at like Relativistic to FTL levels. And when stuff near that category is deemed as very impressive. It's not even consistent.

I am not saying that Snail is MHS+. I am saying peak Demons can possibly be MHS+. That snail was moving around 108000 times faster than a normal snail. So it shouldn't be far fetched to say peak demons move 108000 times faster than normal peak humans.
