Hello, glass, I was having a bit of a confusion at what rating to use for a certain thing, so the question :

There is a thing called "Soul"[as a whole], which has 3 layers, "Ego", encompassed by "Core", and that than encompassed by "Soul"[the Layer that's actually called Soul], and all of this is made of information[type 2]

  • if you destroy the Soul[the actual soul layer], its stated that a being "ceases to exist" and "disappear" and "their existence collapses", "reduced to nonexistence" but they can still reincarnate, basically, they can resurrect after existence erasure of this level, because their core still remains, as long as that remains, they can reincarnate
  • yet if you destroy a "core", they won't be able to resurrect, its true death, no resurrection or reincarnation

does that make a "Core" Nonexistent [Aspect type 4{information]?

No since it’s not damaged, let alone erased whatsoever. It would only be nonexistent if it was already erased in the first place.

I see, than how would we distinguish between the info type 2 of core and the info type 2 of soul? Like if a unique character could regen from even a core, would his HGR still be the same as characters that regened from soul only? [in this case both are info type 2 so would would be HGR]
Do we just give it a "Layered" or "Enhanced" or something?

That doesn’t really sound like enhanced regen since that doesn’t make any sense without it going the higher tier of regen. If there’s still information left then that just means all the information is still there, so they wouldn’t have high godly since they still have that remaining and it didn’t get destroyed only for them to regenerate it.

Damn that is slanted. So I'm guessing for Horus v Mithras fight to have been as fair as it was, there had to have been something weakening Horus, since at his normal level of power he can do better against an Ante than any 4th Gen. Is there any suggestion that Horus was being negatively affected at the time?

As far as I'm aware, there wasn't, and it was in Horus' domain, so I consider it a huge outlier for Mithras' power, especially since Mithras was forced into torpor by the German Blitz.
