Gotta love a villain that relishes in being so deliciously twisted and evil, especially given they have become much more uncommon nowadays. In many ways that makes him worse than the old ones from Lovecraft's stories. There the gods simply don't even notice or care about the puny mortals, the likes of Shuma-Gorath will screw them over because why the frig not.

Scenario:
My 2D being has full arsenal of time manipulation. My 2D being would not be able to affect a 3D being correct?
Because:
My 2D being affects “2+1” dimensions, while my 3D being affects “3” dimensions.
Thoughts?

A fight cannot be determined unless the statistics for both characters are known. Just a generic 2D+1 vs 3D won't get you anything.

my 3D being has the attack potency of a regular human.
my 2D being also has the attack potency of a regular human, if they were to be scaled down to a 2D-being.
Example: 3D being is wall level and my 2D being is 2D-wall level.
