Also I don’t think they trying to downgrade the Tier 1s… it seems to me, they have evidence that focuses solely on Void Shiki more specifically so I don’t see the point of closing it down.

Best to hear them out on this regard

Not sure about the "past the curtains of time" stuff, but personal time slow is from Disco, since a bunch of characters gain full control over space-time, internally and externally (including that book's Tsukumojuuku), including those sorts of feats. Closest I could see to the "beyond time" stuff, are characters removing themselves from any sensory references to the outside world (i.e. going to a completely dark room), so they can focus on arbitrarily changing their personal flow of time to go backwards, as otherwise that external info would subconsciously push them to align with that ordinary flow.

I have a question, Mr. Cat. Answer me and I'll pay you generously.

It's about type 1 concepts. So, if the concepts of time and space in a verse are shown to be independent (IE Type 1), and said concepts were shown to be the things to make, well, everything in terms of time and space. Would those concepts extend to all possible dimensions and stuff? I recall a statement of yours somewhere about how if time and space concepts were shown to be the source for all of time and space, they might be considered Low 1-A.

Yeah, if the character literally is the essence of space/time (As in, they literally are "what-it-is-to-be-space/time") and this essence is irreducible to and independent from particular spatiotemporal things, it'd be around that range.

I mean, for Type 2 just read the description. Even with NPI you couldn't kill them without destroying whatever they're relying on being destroyed as well. Which is usually more Conceptual based than anything.
