Gotta to ask ya' a dumb question since I know you likely can answer this.

If two characters under a UES had to combine their power to harm a Char C. And when I say they had to combine their power, it is... basically A & B doing their own their own individual energy blast that then combine into a massive singular, f-u blast to harm C. Could Char C scale to 2x the value of whatever Char A & B scales to since they had to combine their strength to harm 'em or nah, it doesn't work that way?

No, it doesn't work like that, any sort of multipliers require concrete numbers than assuming that they linearly add up.

It doesn't always work like that, but Bob's answer isn't very accurate either. It depends on the nature of the attack. For example, Black Clover has combo spells, which very blatantly combine the powers of two users to create a united spell that would scale to the sum of their AP. If it's something of that sort, then yes, it would qualify and Character C would scale via being able to take said attack

Depends on your charge meter, been awhile, but full charge would be dozens of seconds from his pov, can be refilled as you use it tho.

It does last infinitely in the Monsoon fight or with wig tho. So canonically the time limit is just balancing, depends mostly on how bloodlusted he is.
