Kakyoin could just have Hierophant Green go inside of Swablu and tear it apart from the inside, or even just control it and make it hurt itself

Although, a good hit from Swablu would take out Kakyoin, but Kakyoin is smart enough to not let himself get hit directly by an attack

Even if Perish Song is used first, Kakyoin should have enough time to take out Swablu.

He could take out Tower of Gray, who was immensely faster than him, by trapping him in place with emerald splash and keeping him in one place. Swablu is much larger and in this case is just as fast as Kakyoin, so Kakyoin should have a much easier time dealing with him.
 
In character Kakyoin wins, hes far more likely to spam emerald splash or keep his distance and snip the Swablu would use perish song or something.

He either wins or inconclusive due to 20 meter radius emerald splash, which would wear it diwn and is automatic, so even if he gets put to sleep, the shots will still go off.
 
Perish Song would cause a inconclusive but it still isn In Character to use it first so vote couted.

i think that swablu would win, because kakyyoin can't hurt him, hierophant is only 9-B and Swablu is high 8-C +, and i don't thnk swablu have ears, and if they do they are probably too small for hierophant., also for the fact that swablu has a better variety of moves life dragon pulse, cotton guard and mist
 
Well I feel he's High 8-C for making DIO bleed and launching him into a building while putting a hole in him among other things.

But meh, also Overlord, Kakyoin can shrink down to enter blood vessels and the like.

When did Kakyoin do that to DIO, exactly? DIO noped all of the emerald splashes, noped the Hierophant Barrier, etc. Kakyoin never landed anything on him except for maybe puncturing a hole in his outfit here and there.
