Isaac is no slouch when it comes to bullet hell, and Sans makes other Undertale bosses look like cakewalks. Let's see who wins now that Isaac has a key that doesn't stomp.

Speed is equal, Isaac's 1st key

Isaac: 4 (Buttersamuri, Edwardtruong2006, SpookyShadow, Necromercer)

Sans:

Sans2
Isaac

Isaac likely gets stomped in his first key. He got no hax there. But the second key is completely different story.

Honestly idk if you can specify which items he has during match. This will be likely much more fair if he was Azazel with Brimstone and had some other good shit.

To my recollection. Undertakes danmaku pales in comparison to Isaacs. Isaac could handle anything Sans tossed at him probably. Tbh. Sans, while he should have Danmaku, doesn't seem nearly good enough to tango with Isaac. Since he deals with far worse. Though I'll wait to vote and see what others think

How so? Standard equipment is in his first key which gives him plenty of hacks

Isaac needs some bad ******* revisions

Such as to "passive damage" which shouldn't exist iirc, since it only triggers a single time upon entering a room.

Interpret that many ways, such as "single autohit when the battle starts" but I see no way that's "literally infinite passive damage".

Anywhoosers, Item Isaac stomps!

Nah, in first key he has only his tears and D6, which doesn't work on enemies.
No. His first key says he has standard equipment

" Key: By Himself and with Standard Equipment | With Every Item"

Even so, you don't necessarily need hax to beat Sans. Isaac has the skill and range to win

Isaac has no skill tho. He's just a kid.
That's horribly incorrect. Isaac fights with monsters, Satan, and several other creatures. "He is a kid" is a baseless argument and completely ignores all they feats he actually pulled off.

As well. His Standard Equipment Is His First Key. His items are what give him hacks. So he definitely has hacks

Would you say Frisk is also more skilled than Sans?
Frisk is skilled. More skilled than Sans is iffy considering Sans beat them several times over. But that's unrelated

I mean, he's literally fighting Sans here. Most Isaac's opponents are completely insane and dumb.
Still completely ignoring the bullet hell that he faces that vastly beyond UT and skills it would take to dodge and kill all these creatures. Especially at the same time since he faces rooms of enemies.

Calling them insane and dumb is baseless. Nothing suggest that really.

It's actually the skill of player, but I'll give you that

Baseless? His opponents are flies, spiders, poop, deceased children, brains, worms, dead animals, fetuses, children with hydrocephalus. literal walking smiling ripped apart meat, butthole looking nests or walking in circles guys just wanting to shoot you with no tactics. His only arguably smart opponent might be Satan but his attack pattern is really predictable. They are bullet hells for a reason, because they don't really have tactics besides spamming projectiles at you.

We go with the general best and their general feats. In game. They have to successfully kill rooms of creatures, bosses,!and Satan all in one go in a extreme bullet hell.

What they are has no bearing here. Animalistic. But not stupid. They don't show much strategy. But that doesn't make them dumb. They show to have more animal like instincts. And not even in a bad way. Attack in groups, never take the their eyes off Isaac. Attack in large amounts to make extremely difficult to dodge

Isaac has experience dealing with danmaku, and Sans has soul hax, I don't really see this as a stomp

Well. If not a stomp. Isaac with general ease. He deals with way worse Danmaku, has way to many items that outback and take sans down.

If that would be a stomp then in Sans' favor. He has not only Danmaku but telekinesis, teleportation and gravity manipulation that doesn't really have projectiles.

No it would not. Definitely not. Again. Issac deals with Danmaku way beyond anything of undertakes level. Teleportation is mostly useless considering

1. He doesn't really utilize it that much, and doesn't use it to dodge.

2. It doesn't really change much considering his teleportation based attacks are relatively easy to dodge, especially for someone like Isaac who has to react to a screen full of enemies and attacks

Gravity manipulation doesn't amount too much considering Isaac just has to react fast. Which he definitely does And would

Telekinesis doesn't amount to much either as he mostly uses it just to drag attacks to attack from the side which Isaac easily has the skill to react to

And that entirely ignoring all of what Isaac has with standard equipment like

Attack reflection, Much better damaku himself, Way more range on sans, Resurrection, Forcefields, Separating his soul from his body, homing attacks, other animals and summons to help also fight and attack sans

So no. It's not a stomp in sans favor. And it wouldn't be one. It would be one in Isaacs favor far more

Wait... what attack reflection? And it's not like Isaac has all these things here. Separating soul from body is for Forgotten, res is for Lazarus, forcefields are for... I don't remember what which character had that and homing attacks are not in this key. This Isaac has only useless D6 and his standard tears if it's legit base Isaac. If it was Azazel with homing Brimstone and some slowdown then this would be a far better match to be honest.

Yes he does. They are literally standard equipment. Look at his page

4ACA2A7F-E1F6-4E07-B3D5-ADA771F99D4C
See all of these here. This comes from his Base and Standard stuff. As in stuff he has on him. So yes s he has all of this

...then his profile should have tabbers for every character. It's impossible to have all of this as just Isaac in base.

I'm fairly sure 80% of Isaac's characters are just him wearing a different costume, so we throw that into base and the stuff he starts with in standard equipment.

Anyways Isaac wins.

Even taking out his items, Isaac's first key also takes into account his boss form in the Cathedral which is basically just better Sans. Teleport spam + homing attacks + better danmaku + sudden light beams from the sky.

Taking into account standard equipment and abilities, the Forgotten just sort of invalidates Sans. The ghost can focus on dodging and Isaac's AP is > Sans's AP by a huge amount so the skeleton can just walk through Sans's attacks without taking any damage.

If it's true and it's composite Isaac or something then I agree, he wins via just Brimstoning Sans to oblivion

BTW, where does Isaac's time stop in second key come from?

But pause is Game Mechanics, if pause was treated as an ability then every singleplayer game character would have Time-Stop

Side note. This may become a stomp if something u found is fight. Essentially gives light speed attack (and potentially Rela+ movement)

Not Rel+ i'd think. You can't really dodge the light beams without aim dodging.

Isaac has a power up which shoots flashes of light, specifically even calling it light. Which he has comparable speed to. It's the trisagion.
