9-A Everyone

So basically Yoshiwari managed to kill a big ass whale here. This should be 9-A at least just by eyeballing it. I mean, come on, you guys know that a whale that dwarfs 206cm man like we do to a cockroach should at least as big as our house.

This should pretty much scale to everyone in the annihilation tournament alongside people who fought Restricted Ohma like Kaburagi. Yoshiwari while strong, shouldn't be way stronger than anyone in the cast.

Ohma's Key
Ohma's Key should be seperated to 2, Restricted and Unrestricted. The names refers to the Chi Blockage by Niko, and he clearly got stronger by a mile after he was released from it, as he was able to stomp a Guardian with Advance. That should warrant him a new tier, not to mention he stomped Kiryu.

Restricted Ohma should be 9-A, higher with Advance. I'll say the tier for Unrestricted below.

High 8-C/8-A High Tiers
So basically Wakatsuki and Julius created an earthquake with their punches. By the looks of it it should be 4 at least, the colosseum was visibly shook and flock of birds outside were able to feel it's effects. Magnitude 4 is about 15 Tons which when divided by two by two people doing it, will be 7.5 Tons. High 8-C.

Though people can argue that this can be 5. Magnitude 5 is the level when it is felt by everyone, inside or outside. Colosseum shouldn't be that poorly made to be able to shake at such a poor earthquake and depending on which the SFX is referring to, it may also points on the outside. Fortunately, even if you halve the tons it's still 8-A.

I think this can be At least High 8-C, likely 8-A. I think the scaling is like this.

Wakatsuki, Julius, Unrestricted Ohma, Gaolang, Agito, Kuroki, Muteba, Naoya and Niko, Hatsumi (Peak Condition): At least High 8-C, likely 8-A

Raian, Rei, Sekibayashi (Annihilation Tournament), Imai (Top 8), Kiryu, Masaki, Mokichi, Bando, Murobuchi (Extremely debatable on this one), Hajime (Only with Bone Blades), Rihito (Annihilation Tournament, only with Razor Edge): At least 9-A, possibly High 8-C to 8-A

Supersonic to all tournament fighters
Pretty simple. Yoshioka, a normal guard of Metsudo, was able to break the sound barrier. He's pretty normal guard if you ask me. And since at the end of preliminaries Metsudo stated that fighters in Annihilation Tournament should be way above guards, this scales to all of them.

Hypersonic's justification is currently very flawed. Hence we should replace it to just plain Supersonic instead.

Minor Addition to Ohma
This is simple. Ohma should have Limited Momentum Manipulation. Because you know, manipulating momentum and energy is what redirection Kata does.

Might be safer to go "Possibly 8A" even though I really want that to be true. Still if everyone else prefers it as Likely, it should be good.

The speed feat of the Guards should be applicable to any Round 1 fighters. I'm considering that guy who got jobbed (The Prince fella) but not so sure if he counts considering he got onepunched by a guard.

I can go with "likely" or "possibly" Both seem reasonable tbh, the Kengan stadium was built to be top class.

Basically anyone who doesn't job to guards and people who scale to them should be above supersonic, since Ohma had noted that the Guard he was fighting was quick, and he'd just casually countered a supersonic whip tip a few moments prior. The kicker? Both where holding back at this point.

Then there's all of the speed calcs for them to consider.

Also, how the durability of guys like Ohma and Muteba scale? Both of them could survive serious blows from Wakatsuki, albeit with heavy damage. Still, the fact that they weren't blown to bits means they should at least downscale somewhat. Muteba even survived a Blast Core, arguably the most powerful technique AP wise in the verse, but at the cost of a broken arm.

I feel like we should get the wall bust from chapter 1, as I feel like it's more impressive than it looks. It literally rearranged the side of the building.

Would definitely scale to fodder Kengan fighters like Ivan, Komada, etc.

The gun being used in the Niko flashback should be the Norinco Type 54 which has a muzzle velocity of 420 m/s (1,378 ft/s). Chapter mentions human speed when this dude literally moves to intercept it.

Oof. The Earthquake Revision happened and the Julius and Wakatsuki earthquake isn't applicable anymore.

The one that are possibly High 8-C/8-A should be changed to At least 9-A, likely higher.

The ones that are High 8-C/8-A should be changed to At least 9-A, likely far higher.

Basically we had a decisions on the standards for earthquake feats, mostly due to the distance and circumstances needed for the feat to be valid, and now the Julius and Wakatsuki feat is no longer applicable.

there is scene where Inaba reacted to bullets at close distance too we probably can calculate that? also his hair blocked bullets

Yeah, the F1 racer one. It came out to 3.5 tons, which is midway into Large Building level. The fact that he did it just by flexing makes it even better

Great! So based on the previous scaling I proposed it will be like this.

Wakatsuki, Julius, Unrestricted Ohma, Gaolang, Agito, Kuroki, Muteba, Naoya and Niko, Hatsumi (Peak Condition): High 8-C

Raian, Rei, Sekibayashi (Annihilation Tournament), Imai (Top 8), Kiryu, Masaki, Mokichi, Bando, Murobuchi (Extremely debatable on this one), Hajime (Only with Bone Blades), Rihito (Annihilation Tournament, only with Razor Edge): At least 9-A, possibly High 8-C

The speed will be all Hypersonic from Akoya's calc.

Is this okay?

@ShiroyashaGinSan Sounds good to me, although we should probably set it to "at least High 8C" given how causal the feat was for Juilius.

@Infera28 It looks like it might be a hard feat to calc due to the angle, but try posting it to the calc board to see what we get.

I guess the main thing that I want to bring up is keys. Should we make different keys for characters that got different power ups/abilities throughout the tournament? Like Post-Akoya Cosmo who should have analytical precog and enhanced reaction speed, Muteba with the cyborg eyes in round 2, etc.

If we do implement keys like this, we should probably insert weakness that they got along the way, like Wakatsuki being half blind by the end of the tournament, Muteba being mostly deaf, Setsuna being on the verge of a mental breakdown, etc.

I'll say no probably. The skill set they get is pretty small and I don't think it's that worthy. Also Muteba recovered in Round 3 and being deaf isn't even a weakness to him.

If it's Post and Pre Omega I'd say yes.

There are some that really need it imo though like Ohma prior to his coma and after. Cyborg eyes for Muteba is really nothing and same for Cos' technique. You'd have to be something of high physical upgrades imo

I will unsubscribe to this thread due to time constraints. You can send me a message later if you need my help or I should close this.

So a couple things I wanted to mention

Shouldn't Ohma get a "higher with Ironbreaker/Adamantine Kata" in his AP section? Its noted to boost his striking strength, so much so that people who're fighting on even grounds with people think that he has a weapon on him when he uses it.

Also, shouldn't he have a "Varies, at least High 8-C" tier for Demonsbane? The technique takes the force of an enemies attack, adds it to Ohma's power, and reflects it back to his attacker. The potency of the attack is dependent on who is attacking.
