First things first, I haven't watched the show ever. I'm just pointing that these characters have some flaws with their profiles.

Wall level rating

Superman's profile
Attack Potency: Wall level (Defeated Lex Luthor in few hits, took on the Green Arrow in combat, and defeated alien warriors)

Durability: Wall level

Luthor's profile
Attack Potency: Wall level (Held his own against Green Arrow)

Durability: Wall level (Survived attacks from Green Arrow)

Green Arrow's profile
Attack Potency: Wall level (Fought and defeated Vordigan, who is strong enough to hurt him), Small Building level with explosive weaponry (Destroyed a large truck)

Durability: Wall level (Survived Zod's heat vision, although he was holding back, survived a long fall and tanked an extremely casual blow fromHawkma)

The issues

  • Everyone here is scaling to Oliver Queen, but his durability feats don't match his tier or ain't specific enough to justify it.
  • Hawkman is High 8-C so arguing that an "extremely casual blow" from him is 9-B without any backup is an unfounded assumption. The whole High 8-C rating is iffy as well, but let's stick to this point at the moment.
  • Zod's Heat Vision is more of the same problem. It says that Zod was holding back but he still scales to him for some reason.
  • Zod scales to Powerless Superman, making this a gigantic circular reasoning where the only notable feat that it's potentially 9-B is Queen surviving a "long fall".
I'm sure that there must be more feats on this tier considering this is a super hero show, but right now the 9-B ratings are based on many vagues assumptions and circular scaling.

Large Building level rating

Superman's profile
Large Building level+ (Far stronger than Bart Alle, and Cyborg)

Large Building level+ (Survived getting hit by lightning several times without taking any damage, atmospheric re entry, the shockwave from a nuclear bomb, and can survive the impact of his strikes)

Impulse's profile
Likely Large Building level (Can generate lightning, and should be comparable to characters like Hawkma)

Likely Large Building level (He survived being hit by Monsieur Mallah, a superhuman gorilla, and survived getting struck by lightning)

Cyborg's profile
Large Building level (should be comparable to characters like Hawkma)

Large Building level

Hawkman's profile
Large Building level (was able to fight against Slade Wilso, who survived the explosion of his military base)

Large Building level (clashed with Slade, survived a big explosion, which sent someone flying with the shockwave)

Slade's profile
Large Building level (was able to fight against Hawkman who survived a big explosion)

Large Building level (casually walked through a big explosion, which sent someone flying with the shockwave, and survived the explosion of his military base which only damaged one eye)

The issues

  • This whole rating comes from a feat that isn't calculated or not linked to the profiles.
  • Superman's High 8-C+ via powerscaling to a bunch of High 8-Cs.
    • This is from our Attack Potency page: "Currently misused to an extraordinary degree on the wiki, the "+" symbol should only be used when the Attack Potency has been calculated to be greater than the average (arithmetic mean) of the high end energy level and low end energy level of a particular tier."
    • If the High 8-C is from a calc surpassing the 6.5 Tons, then everyone should be upgraded to such level. If not, Superman gets his + off. But the rating is so dubious that I'm not sure it'd be the case.
  • Superman's scaling to Bart and Cyborg.
    • Bart's 8-C because he can generate and survive lightning power. But as far as I know, the amount of energy tanked by a body after a lightning attack depends on the body's electrical resistance and even an 8-C power is something very rare. There's no calc, of course. His feat of surviving against a superhuman gorilla doesn't justify it either, since these animals are 9-B in real life. There's no measure for how strong that gorilla actually is.
    • Victor being High 8-C relies on Hawkman and here's the problem.
  • Hawkman is High 8-C because he fought and damaged Slade, who is said to survive an explosion with no wounds but his left eye's. Well, at the same time, Slade is High 8-C for fighting Hawkman who survived an explosion.
    • No calc, and the scaling is super confusing.
Solutio
Quite simple, we need calcs, either those accepted already or we request those for the feats. The scaling also needs some work since most characters don't even have justifications.

I think Superman should probably scale to his own feats. Impulse should probably be 9-B. I could try and find clips to be calculated.

We could try calcing Impulse or Clark in earlier seasons blitzing and punching shit for KE? There are plenty of vehicle and concrete busting feats so that would be a start.

I believe I know the scene you are talking about but iirc, that was a dream or smth and not real. The meteor broke on his back but there was meteor rock in it and he got downed in front of Lana who was at the hospital I think. The other scene I am thinking of was included in the opening credits where he shielded the kid.

I am pretty sure that the scene in which he got hit by a meteor wasn't a dream, after quickly looking through the episode transcript.

It takes so long the elevator feat is pretty fodder. Its only support for his current lifting which has plenty of similar feats like people flipping trucks with his powers, him launching tractors/trucks miles away etc ....... maybe early Clark should get an upgrade in lifting tbh

Aren't there car crashes every other episode? We can at least use that as a minimum along with bullets only bruising him at his weakest.

To be on the safe side yeah. He should comfortably be 9-A from no selling all of these.

Damn there are a lot more explosions than I remember from my rewatch 2 years ago.

I can't remember if she scales to Clark though. If so, this is pretty good since she vaped the while car and the FBI who would be 9-A alone.

Another question. What separates "Beginning of Series" to "Middle of Series"?

Looking at the feats that give his ratings, BoS includes as far as S5, MoS definitely includes S7 and S8, and Full Power is S10 and S11. Thay peaves S6 and S9 up in the air but I feel both are likely MoS.

Can I just suggest renaming the keys and categorizing them via seasons?

That should be a must. Causes less confusion for sources people can look at when debating. Just overall a better way to label things.

Took him 35 secs to travel 425 miles, multiply by 1,609.34 is 683,969.5 meters, divide by the 35 for 19,541.986 (call it 19,542 for ease) meters per sec, divide by 340.29 for mach 57.427. High Hypersonic+. If my math is correct, this is much lower than his current rating but there is a portion of the clip that slows down so that can be removed though it still wont bump up the rating much.

We should really get those explosions calc'ed for early Clark. Plus, if the BoS Key covers as much as it says it does, then there should be a lot of material to look over.

I can't help you much with the revision itself so I thank you for all the help.

When you think about the contents of the keys, they make a lot of sense if BoS refers to Smallville being the main setting (hence S1 to S5) while MoS is Metropolis. Smallville is where he began, Metropolis is where he grew until he found his own as Superman.

We really need someone to do a watch through and take notes. I also just remembered another decent speed feat from S3 when Clark returned from his Jor-El training and he flew Neo style to steal the crytal pieces from around the world before he was snapped out of it. Lex just took of in his plane somewhere in Africa iirc ans Clark flew from Smallville and ripped open the side of the jet to take it.

We really need to get Smallville a verse page so we can know who is knowledgeable about/supports it and speed this up.

Doesn't Lex get thrown through a bunch of doors and windows and stuff pretty often? We could just scale from him or the depowered Kandorians too.

Btw I think Batman might need to be downgraded to 9-B, at least without a certain bat-suit.

Huh, forgot about that episode. Spraking of Lana with Clark's powers, both of them were causing earthquakes all morning just from having sex so thats one hell of a feat lmao. It was low mag earthquakes but the point still stands.

I'm pretty sure that was Lana with the nanotechnology who caused the earthquakes with Clark, not the vampire version. Anyways what did you think of the rough draft?

Its not meant for Vamp Lana, just pointing out that Clark's powers split between two people still casually causes earthquakes. And I am pretty sure it was when they were struck by lightning out in a field near kryptonite and she got part of his powers like the guy from S1.

The power of the verse section needs more work. Rn its just listing off AP with no mention of speed, hax etc. The summary also lacks any mention of Clark, just "he" which is kinda funny.

Calaca's first post makes sense to me, but I am also unable to be of help here.

Has anybody come up with any workable solutions in the resulting discussions?
