frisk is at small building level and the player is at wall level. That may not seem like much, but if you look at how big of a difference that really is, Frisk is a supersayian compared to the player. And if we use the athletic speed for the Player (cause the speed of light with pennies laser is a HUGE out layer) then with frisk at at superhumans speed's, they are either 1.28x faster or they are 3.5x faster. And the player doesn't have any notable hax to beat Frisk, so my vote goes to frisk.

Both of those won't work cause frisk literally has the same thing with the resets to they would just cancel each other out. And even if we give those to the Player and not frisk (which is unfair) The player has to have been around/fought frisk before in order to come up with something to kill them. Which would mean that they couldn't kill frisk the first time and how many tries are you gonna give the player, cause I think that the first try is what should deiced that battle. Now looking back at it, the monstermon carders are activated, and they might kill frisk, but frisk has fought and survived attacks for Undyne and Asgore, plus with the Torn Notebook and Cloudy Glasses, that gives frisk invulnerability hax for a short while and once the first attack that the monstermon cards hits, and firsk survives, he is going to kill the player like everyone else has.

Frisk doesn't HAVE memory manipulation. People forgetting things is a biproduct of Frisk resetting time to a point. It's a side effect, not an actual ability.

I'm more inclined to agree with incon since neither can get past the other's immortality.
