Feat: The Starlight Keyblade was able to deflect the attacks of the Giant Demon Tower and eventually pierce it's skin without any damage to the keyblades themselves , which the Realm of Light combatants blatantly thought they couldn't defeated or even contend against.

Things to Note:

  • The Keyblades that could each deflect the Giant Demon Tower's attacks (which remember if a Keyblade is thoroughly overwhelm it starts cracking or even breaking... Something we saw with KH3 when Riku fought a much weaker Demon Tide prior which broke his keyblade in two ... and even in Re:Coded between Data-Sora and Maleficent when she shattered it without any effort... Something we didn't see any of the keyblades do, proving they individually scale) were all the First Level of the Starlight Keyblade... Something even the true fodder of the verse are capable of utilizing. The highest level of the Starlight Keyblade is LVL 3, which can only be used by extremely powerful keybearers from the Union.... Specifically during the middle of the story of Unchained Chi
  • Ephemer could either create or summon a lot of Starlights specifically and control them with ease similar to Xehanort , proving how powerful Ephemer is in comparison to the average keybearer.
Tiering: If the characters of KH3 during the events of the Graveyard get upgraded to 3-A... So would the aforementioned characters

Who would scale ?:

  • LVL 1 Starlight Keybearers: Their keyblades are able to deflect the power of The Giant Demon Tide
  • LVL 2 Starlight Keybearers: Far superior to the LVL Starlight Keybearers
  • LVL 3 Starlight Keybearers in the Keyblade War: Far, Far superior to the LVL 2 Starlight Keybearers
  • The Dandelion Leaders: Far , far superior to the individual Level One Starlight Keyblades due to obtaining LVL 3 Starlight Keyblades.
  • The Protagonist : Fought two serious LVL 3 Starlight Keyblade Users without any problems or effort involved simultaneously, and was stated to be capable of outlasting the entire Keyblade Graveyard if not for the Fortellers. Should be at least comparable, if not somewhat superior to the Dandelion Leaders who are far above regular LVL 3 Starlight Keyblade Wielders. Fought against the Fortellers and was said to be capable of making them fight seriously.
  • Fortellers: Considered to be one of the strongest in the Union X storyline. Far, far above the Dandelion Leaders.
  • Master of Masters: Considered to be at least superior to the Fortellers to a Unknown extent.
Scaling Chai: Master of Masters >> Fortellers >>> Protagonist (Union X; EoS .... Far superior to his previous self. Fought against the Fortellers and was said to make them get serious. Was a significant threat to the other High-End LVL 3 Starlight Keybearers in the Keyblade Graveyard and was only tired after fighting the Keybearers) >= Dandelion Leaders >>> Protagonist (Mid-Series ; Considered to be amongst the strongest Keyblade wielders in Ava's guild, alongside Ephemer. When previous his LVL 3 Starlight Keyblade couldn't even faze a fight with a extremely supressed Forteller , later on Mod-Series he was able to hold his own even better against Ava.. Even saying he got a lot stronger. Can one shot a Dark Side which in the game took several LVL 1 Keybearers to defeat previously)>>> LVL 3 Starlight Wielders >>> LVL 2 Starlight Wielders >>> LVL 1 Starlight Wielders= Giant Demon Tide ( Was capable of deflecting the blows of the Giant Denon Tide) >>> KH3 Sora and the Graveyard Participants.

Nope, i agree with this. Though KH3 cast could be considered as scaling to a restricted extente (they can still fight it but they're overpowered in the end and need a serious help to finally defeat it).

For the Fortellers, they're all on the same level (with maybe Luxu being superior but roughly) and the Protagonist can still fight them with difficulties.

We'll have to wait for further informations for the Master although he is above everyone.

That's one vote for the agreement. I do agree with the fact they are somewhat comparable to it, but not enough to really hold their own as well as the LVL One Starlight Keyblades did.

Yeah, it's obvious they're weaker even if they manage to put a fight. The Tide was extremely powerful, even for a Heartless (well many at the same time but you know what i mean) being outside the RoD. Can't even imagine what would have happened if they were fighting it in the realm.

Also, for the Fortellers, i might be wrong but didn't Luxu briefly fought Ava (or another female Forteller) and the clash was considered as the beginning of the War ?

Indeed. It was quite the powerful heartless. If it was fought in the Dark Realm they might've needed the actual Dandelion Leaders to show up spiritually or physically themselves to defeat it.

Yep.... Ava confronted Luxu then they fought for a bit which sparked the beginning of the war.

Or it would have one-shoted them even more easily. Very impressive moment. This thing was probably one of the thew thing far beyond everything Sora could do. And from what we see, they're weren't able to summon the spirit of the Bearers on their own anyway.

OK. Do we know how the fight ended ? If Luxu was victorious (he survived anyway as we can see) or if it was Ava or if nobody won ?

More than likely considering how powerful heartless are in that realm... Which makes it more impressive the Protagonist from Union X defeated a Dark Side with one shot from the Realm of Darkness.

There wasn't a clear victor.

Yeah. The Tide is a very good example of feats that can be added to show how powerful characters can be.

Ok, that's what i thought, just needed a reminder.

The next DLC could give us further informations for the Union X feats if it focuses on it.

The only problem I have with this is Ventus, Elerna and Lauriam. They were all Dandelions and participants in the 2nd Keyblade War (As Marluxia and Larxene). And then scaling gets all hectic down the line. It's why I think they should be Unknown, possibly 3-A.

Hst master I agree for Ventus but for Elerna and Lauriam, we can consider they're different from Marluxia and Larxene (though it doesn't solve it for Marluxia and Larxene themselves).

Uhh.... That can be easily rectified IMHO Hst

That wouldn't be the case because they lose their powers and memories ... Which makes sense as after Ventus wakes up in the present he's far too weak to even fight Unversed... The equivalent of fodder Shadows/Heartless.And the only time they are implied to be capable of regaining their memories of the event was after KH3... And the fact he nor Marluxia or Larxene doesn't even utilize their keyblade(s) from Union X, which is a LVL 3 Starlight... Which proves they don't have their Union X powers or anything until that point onwards.

When Ventus remembered Chirithy during the end credits you can argue then he gained his powers back... as well as Marluxia as he stated after being defeated he is being completed and is remembering everything.

Not to mention one of the most important plot points in 358/2 Days is the fact they were looking for someone who could use a keyblade... Wouldn't have made sense for Marluxia or Larxene to suddenly had a keyblade in KH3.. Especially when neither had any idea of their relation to the Dandelions when Xemnas brought it up.

Thanks for the question though Hst.

Hmmm... They'd probably scale ... Like how the Dream Eaters scale to Sora during KH:Dream Drop Distance. Especially the hints that Dream Eater s& the UX Pets are similar in concept.

That makes sense. A Chirithy created player's pet with fur from a Chirithy, apparently, &, IIRC, Chirithy has the Dream Eater Emblem on its back. https://www.khwiki.com/Pet#Kingdom_Hearts_.CF.87

Pets also have a variety of "Tricks" that could be noteworthy abilities. https://www.khuxwiki.com/wiki/Pet_System#Tricks

Sadly, they're not very well documented. Video footage of their "Tricks" may be valuable.

(This isn't a REAL reason to support KH UX pets getting profiles, but I'll be delighted & perhaps in hysterics, if & when I see pastel & rainbow-coloured bunnies, puppies & kittens solo-ing 'verses.)

Yeah... 3-A Kittens soloing verses would be glorious.

There may or may not be implications of the fact we need to make keys for "Union X" then "Unchained' ... As the former takes place from the beginning to the Keyblade War, and the latter is from Post-Keyblade War afterwards... And the Protagonist is a lot more powerful in Unchained due to being comparable to the Union Leaders who made digital copies of the Fortellers from Union X.... Then scaling to the Data Bugs who should be far stronger than the Fortellers via Ephemer's word, who is a threat to the Datascape when the data copies of the Fortellers aren't... So yeah.

God that reference to Re:Coded is... Nice. I was waiting for Re:Coded to be relevant again.

Pardon? Data Bugs being far stronger than Foretellers, who are competent, much stronger than average Keyblade Wielders?

Aren't Data Bugs fodder? Or am I confusing with them (Re:)Coded's Bug Blox? That said, Data Bugs are a threat to the Datascape, as shown with the glitching Daybreak Town & Brain's word, right?

Also, what did Ephemer say about the Fortellers & Data Bugs?

.... Data bugs showed up in the Unchained X versions... Not the ones from Re:Coded (I"ll lose all my s*** if these are the same ones from Re:Coded though). Also none of these guys are average if the LVL 1 Starlights during Union X scale > KH3 Sora (who isn't an average keybearer at all.

You are right about that part .

He said outright that these are the biggest threats in the series as of that point.. Which... the context was avoid the Keyblade War and he fact that they remember the Fortellers ... and they were mentioning the Keyblade War and everything in context (need to look into it more though... As that's pretty insane implications).

It also "kinda" makes sense considering the Protagonist was somewhat comparable to the Fortellers... Then had to go through the same journey starting at that level of power at the beginning of Unchained X and work his way to become far stronger. Meaning... At the end of Unchained X he is above his EoS Union X self as his EoS Union X self was above himself when he first started his journey in Union X.

Plus in KH the next threat is greater than the previous... So it isn't that hard to speculate it being possible.

@The 2nd Existential Seed: Thank you for the corrections & information. Sorry if I'm being exasperating.

Feels strange to think of Data Bugs as being fodder (If they are such) that's massively superior to Sora, though, given that they're comparable to the player character in Unchained X. But I'd think feeling it's strange is just another form of the Arguing by Incredulity fallacy.
