Vs Wiki Holy Grail War: Tournament of Glory: Sniper Man vs Kill

Assassin steps out. He takes a quick step across space to a cliff side, while hiding his presence. He gets into position, and observes the man with an eagle on through his scope
 
Quietly watching where you go, the mysterious man just stay in that same spot, unmoving.

"30 second remaining" The voices said.
 
With the enemy not moving, he decides to go for the kill shot. If he doesn't see me, it is best to avoid detection. He loads off a single origin round and fires to towards the enemies torso. Since these bullets deal death anyway, there is no need to go for the head shot
 
You tried to fire, but doesn't seem to be able to do so, as if something stopping you from moving to do it.

"Until the battle is started, you cannot Attack your opponent. This is your First warning." The cold voices said.

Meanwhile, the opponent just stand in spot, looking at you in wonder of your stupidity, as if you never knew the rule in the first place.

"20 second remaining."
 
[Also, if the servants/masters did know the rules, then you probably should have explained that to us. If they didn't know the rules, then you should explain why the NPC servant does know]
 
[Well, you guy specifically doesn't know about the rule, you guy just know about this game happen, and you accept it, before getting dragged in without much information. The rule would be slowly explain within the course of the match]
 
[I see. I'm not gonna get like one shot or have my hands taken because I break a rule I did not know about right?]

Since his position has been compromised, Assassin moves to a place that is physically out of view. He instead pulls out a revolver, and loads it with 6 magic bullets to complement the origin bullets in his rifle. He is now at the base of the cliffs, under an outcropping. Using his inhuman timing, he waits for the exact 30 second mark, ready to pull the trigger on his revolver

His bloodlust makes his trigger finger itch, but his perfect calculations and cold logic hold him back
 
Assassin makes a second thought, and pulls out a large curved knife blade as well. Just in case the enemy was the one controlling these laws, he may be able to use the knife with his fire arms disabled. Not ideal, but he can cover all possibilities and find a kill anyway
 
"10 second remaining"

With the eagle already flying somewhere else, an the time ticking close, the mysterious man also bring out a gun, and aim at the general direction of where you are.

"10" He said it in a steady, yet clear voice, as the cold, mechanical voice counting down...

"5,4,3,2,1....Match started."

"8" He said, coldly, before firing out 2 bullets at you, as it bend down once arrived at the cliff, and specifically aimed at the weapon you hold in hand.
 
Time slows down. Before the bullets have even bent more than a few degree, Assassin has fired off 3 of his magic bullets, and takes a step back, across space to the top of the cliff. He has reached a new location, and has fully employed his presence concealment. He is within a shade behind a rock, with the cover of a tree overhead. He now makes actions to deduce the ability of his enemy,

He fires another 2 rounds from his revolver. He has already slung his sniper rifle back over his back. However, these shots are not meant for the enemy. One bullet is meant to hit one of the near by trees, and the other is meant for the ground near by his enemy. One to knock the tree down, the other to create a dust cloud. He makes a hand motion and his revolver is reloaded in no time flat

[Since only you know the abilities of the NPC, I will tell you what the responses to each of these actions means in another comment] Dont meta game for him to know not to respond to these things tho]
 
[Actually, nah, go ahead. I am gonna see if I can actually deduce what it is. If an action you make contradicts what the signs would mean then we can just retcon it or something]
 
The bullets, still in the turn, suddenly turn once again, still toward the weapons you held in your hand, as an accelerated speed. Meanwhile, deducing where it's aimed at, he shoot another one of his bullet toward the top of the cliff.

Meanwhile, ultilizing the smoke from the dust cloud, he quietly disappeared, turning into spirit form and concealed his presence.

"7" He said.
 
[Ok but like, what did he do about the bullets flying at him? Going into presence concealment won't save him from the magic bullets.]

Sniper man materializes a second hand gun, but a glock this time. He takes a step to under a different out cropping. His glock is armed with the same magic bullets. He tossed the revolver into the air, and holds to glock away from him. Thunderer is in effect, not only does he know where his enemy is within the cloud, he knows exactly where the bullets are heading.

But he also knows something. His enemy can outright ignore his presence concealment. Were he still vulnerable to it, he would not have acknowledged the dust cloud at all
 
The bullets, in the middle of it path, all suddenly converge into one spot where the bullet is going to hit with lightning speed, deflecting the bullet, before disappeared. In the meantimes, you can't feel his presence in the middle of the smoke cloud anymore.
 
[Which of the bullets? I fired several. Also, unless he is suddenly across the battlefield Thunderer should still let me know where he is. So, please inform where he is unless he is actually out of range]
 
[It Grants total awareness of the surroundings. Unless one could fuse with the world itself, or employ espionage, the user would naturally still be aware of the area including those concealed]
 
[It's more like you pay more attention to thing, not outright suddenly seeing invisible thing. You're still limited by what you actually see.

Also, it's all of them.]
 
Sniper Man pulls out an M 15 rifle and an ar 15, and begins unloading the magic bullets inside it. Half of the bullets go to tracking the enemy, and since they cannot miss, even if Sniper Man does not know where they are they will still find their target. The other half spray the battle field, raising dust and fragments of the battlefield. He may not be able to find the enemy, but he can pick up on the absenses in the clouds which he has total awareness of. He can also follow the massive flood of bullets as well.
 
The dust clouded your vision, though it doesn't hurt your sense of awareness, it instead hurt your Master's sense of the battlefield, as his vision is filled with dust, and the blaring sound of bullets being fired. As his most distracted...bullets began to aimed as his position instead.

Upon total awareness, you find out that it is your ow.
 
His Golem still has awareness of its surroundings, and the dust won't stop that, so master doesn't have to worry. Sniper Man also informs his master of the situation.

[Are you saying that the bullets have begun tracking my master or are you saying the bullets are moving towards that possition? ]
 
"Ah shit"

Sniperman draws his blade and makes two quick steps across space. one which instantly grabs his master and their golem, and a second one to move him across the battlefield to a point of safety.
 
Because you managed to get them out in the nick of time, most of the bullet hit the foiliage of the battlefield. However, you find out that some managed to bend on time, to track down on your position again.

It's look like he's around here somewhere.
