Clef needs a good match, and since all magic in Adventure Time operates on a form of reality warping, the various Wizards there are prime target for his telekill weapons.

This is a random encounter. Clef has acess to all his equipment, including telekill weapons and armor, and has surface-level knowledge on Magic Man (let's say Finn or Jake informed him of what he's capable of). Speed is, of course, equalized.

Clef has some level of natural resistance to reality warping iirc.

I'll vote Clef. He's one hell of a man and manages to beat reality warpers all the time.
 
Telekill has no-selled 1-B reality warping.

Ironically Magic Man's best bet to kill Clef is to walk up to him and punch him or BFR Clef with a portal, although with how much he likes to mess with people and turn them into stuff that seems very unlikely.
 
In that case, Clef via his nullification of Reality Warping and being able to bypass the durability of Magic Man via the Atomic Revolver
